Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Would recommend this hotel as right at the train station and just a short walk to clubs/bar and restaurants.

A little noisy in the early hours but bareable.
Creaky floorboards abound,Plenty places to eat within walking distance.
Central location for everything on the doorstep.
Needs upgrading,But then the price to stay would go up.
A nice clean place to stay.
Reccomend.

어젯밤에이 게스트 하우스에 머물렀고 시내 중심가에 매우 깨끗하고 훌륭한 위치였습니다. 우리는 멋진 방과 거대한 슈퍼 킹 사이즈 침대를 가지고있었습니다. 아침에 멋진 아침 식사와 좋은 사이트의 주차장 ....

레이크 디스트릭트와 매우 가까운 호텔로 가족 호텔입니다.  아침과 저녁 식사는 매우 좋으며 양도 매우 크며 가격은 합리적이며 주변 경관은 나쁘지 않습니다.

방은 따뜻하고 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 직원들은 명랑했습니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다. Bridge House, Orrest Head Viewpoint, Queen Adelaide's Hill과 같은 많은 명소에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 채식 아침 식사를 제공합니다.

酒店位處山上，較遠離市中心，大約半小時車程，但環境優靜。
辦理入住及退房時未見有前台職員，設有3部自助入住系統，使用方便。
房間空間不錯、舒適，有電視、風筒、熱水煲及咖啡茶，淋浴間設有浴缸、二合一洗髮沐浴露、毛巾，但沒有牙刷、牙膏、漱口杯提供。
大堂對面有餐廳酒吧，提供早午晚餐。

리리뷰어Rum Doodle, well it was our first time at The Lakes and it certainly won't be our last! The location was just right with being part way between Windermere town and Bowness and was walkable to both. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as lake Windermere itself.
We found Rum Doodle with ease and was greeted at the door with a smile and friendly man (the owner but didn't catch his name). We were bought a fresh glass of apple and orange juice to our room which was refreshing after a long drive to Windermere. Our room was comfy, not too big or too small, a wardrobe, seating in the bay window, hairdryer, hot drink making facilities, wine glasses with cork screw and bottle opener. Very modern, clean and well presented bathroom with soft and fluffy towels, and a really nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day exploring the surrounding area.
Breakfast was really good with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, and then a choice of breakfast which were great too.
We had a pleasant and informative chat at breakfast with the lady that works there who gave us the heads up on some driving routes to try and avoid which was really useful.
After a day out exploring we went back to Rum Doodle to a cleaned room and freshly made bed with the tea and coffee replenished, so we were able to just drop and the bed with a nice cuppa and biscuit. Then out for a walk, some lovely food and a couple of drinks.
We couldn't recommend The Lakes and Rum Doodle enough! Well worth every penny

리리뷰어”우리는 이 홈스테이에서 3박을 했습니다. 우리는 오후 11시쯤 도착했지만 호스트 아저씨는 여전히 우리를 매우 따뜻하게 환영했습니다!! 그날 밤 우리는 외부 레이아웃을 실제로 눈치채지 못했지만 다음날 아침 우리는 정원이 절대적으로 아름답다는 것을 보았습니다.
우리는 방 No. 3 – 자쿠지, 약간의 간식, 우유 및 생수가있는 매우 예술적인 퀸 / 킹 베드 룸에 머물 렀습니다. 방 배치는 절묘하며 호스트가 많은 사랑을 넣었다고 말할 수 있습니다 💝
아침 식사도 맛있었습니다! –에서 선택할 수있는 여러 세트 옵션이 있습니다. 전날 호스트에게 알려주십시오. 객실에는 음료를 저장할 수있는 작은 냉장고도 있습니다. 아침 식사에는 빵, 작은 스낵 및 오렌지 주스가 포함됩니다.
나는 그것을 정말로 추천한다 (그것을 사랑했다 😘 – 그것은 집처럼 느낀다). 홈스테이에는 5 개의 방이 있으므로 가용성이 상당히 제한적이지만 가능한 한 많은 사람들에게 추천하고 싶습니다! ”

PPriyanka BajirajThe property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore.
Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair.
Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well.

KKristinMWThis was the second time my husband and I stayed at this luxurious new resort style hotel in/near Windermere. It was part of a longer trip, and again we stayed in the posh Winander Suites keyed access building. Breakfast is great as you get to eat from both the breakfast buffet, and also order hot food from the menu. The staff here are always 10 out of 10 excellent for both in the spa and the hotel itself. A couple of them even remembered us from the year prior! It's great having so many dining and drinking options on site... one never really needs to leave. I really enjoy the keyed access for the Winander and additional for the room hallways. There is parking on site and a guard at the gate. I know we will continue to visit here for many years to come!

리리뷰어The hotel I was originally booked in had a flood so at the last minute I had to find another one, I found Arkale lodge and it didn’t disappoint, the rooms are pretty basic, but extremely clean which in my book is more important than a fancy room. And certainly good enough for the price I paid, the gentleman that showed me around was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was from 7 which was perfect for my continuation of my Hadrians wall walk.
The Breakfast was included in the room price and was exceptional (full English, which I easily adapted as a non meat eater)
It was plentiful, delicious and freshly made. And a great start to my long tiring day

리리뷰어酒店位於小鎮上，小鎮不大，就兩三條主街，酒店在街角邊，也不吵。過個馬路就是公交站，坐公交15分鐘到湖邊，那邊很繁華，店會更多，想坐快艇的要提前預約。
風格是那種比較傳統的英式，硬裝甚至有點法式的感覺，房間和衞生間都是大大的窗户，白色紗窗，衞浴五金質感也很好。這個房間還有一個門可以直接出去，很方便。
就是工作人員不多，早餐預留半個小時吃，有三個套餐可選，冷盤，熱餐之類的。
退房的時候前台沒人，把鑰匙放在前台桌上的收納盆裏，行李放到了前台邊上，後面被工作人員收到了後廚保管，還是很貼心的。
