조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 스페인 카탈루냐 호텔

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Onix Fira가 개선할 수 있다고 생각하는 점은 다음과 같습니다: - 리셉션에서 손님 맞이(손님이 긴 여정을 거쳤는지? 그들이 이미 들인 노력에 대해 호기심, 공감, 열정을 표현하세요. 14시간 비행 후, 더 중요한 일이 있는 것처럼 보이는 불친절한 사람에게 환영받고 싶은 사람은 없습니다.) - 상식적인 개선점: a) 욕실 문에 고리를 설치하여 손님이 젖은 수건을 걸 수 있도록 합니다. b) 비누 받침대를 비치합니다. c) 모방 스테인리스 스틸 변기 버튼의 단점... 지문 자국이 남아 지저분해 보입니다. d) 더운 날씨에도 불구하고 윗 시트 외에 담요나 침대 커버를 객실에 비치합니다. e) 욕실에 헤어드라이어를 추가합니다. f) 손님이 객실에 들어갈 때 무료 생수 한 병을 준비해 줍니다. 특히 여름철 섭씨 32도 날씨에는 더욱 그렇습니다. 이것은 인간적인 대우입니다. 그리고 1박에 200달러 이상을 청구하는 곳이라면 그 이하의 서비스를 제공할 이유가 없습니다. - 여름철에는 더 많은 수영장 라운지 의자 - 어안 렌즈를 사용하지 않은 사진으로 광고하고, 수영장이 작다는 것을 솔직하게 알립니다. - 수영장에 가려면 1.5층 계단을 올라야 한다는 것을 솔직하게 광고합니다. 이는 장애인 손님을 위한 접근성 문제입니다. - 손님을 위한 보충용 수건을 준비합니다. - 수영장 운영 시간이 게시된 시간과 실제로 일치해야 합니다. - 혼자 여행하는 여행자를 위한 교류 활동을 제공합니다. 아름다운 2층 전체 공간은 게임, 와인 시음, 또는 원하는 재미있는 상호작용을 위한 훌륭한 공간이 될 수 있습니다. 저는 이 공간을 사용하는 사람을 본 적이 없으며, 활동은 숙박을 더욱 가치 있게 만들 수 있습니다. - 컨시어지 서비스 및 추천을 제공합니다. - 주 7일 손님과 대화할 수 있는 당직 매니저를 배치합니다. - 복도 조명을 빨간색 조명 외에 다른 것으로 고려합니다. 빨간색 조명은 마치 *** 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 제 숙박 중에 발생한 몇 가지 문제점: - 객실 키 카드가 하룻밤 만에 작동을 멈췄습니다. - 전력/전기/에어컨이 하룻밤에 3번이나 나갔습니다. - 호텔 앞에 공사 중이라는 사실을 아무도 알려주지 않았습니다. 주중에는 보기 흉하고 시끄러웠습니다. - 만취한 남자가 제 층을 배회했는데, 리셉션에서 아무도 제지하지 않았고/또는 아무도 그를 방으로 안내하여 문제를 일으키지 않도록 확인하지 않았습니다. - 질문에 답할 수 있는 관리자나 의사결정권자가 없었습니다. - 여러 불편사항에 대해 아무런 보상 서비스도 제공되지 않았고, 심지어 공감도 없었습니다. 상황이 더 나아지기를 바랍니다!

카사 바트요 바로 맞은편에 위치한 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절하고요. 에어컨과 엘리베이터 모두 잘 작동하지만, 와이파이는 가끔 약할 때가 있어요. 2층에 묵었는데 밤에 기차/지하철 소리가 들리긴 했지만 거슬리거나 너무 시끄럽지 않아서 괜찮았습니다. 잠도 잘 잤어요. 조식은 없지만, 무료 생수와 커피를 즐길 수 있는 멋진 라운지 공간이 있습니다. 주변에 좋은 카페, 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓도 많고요. 강력 추천합니다.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

젊은 사람들이 많아서 활기찬 분위기였어요. 6인 여성 도미토리에서 저를 포함해 세 개의 다른 나라에서 온 여섯 명이 함께 지냈는데, 다들 친절하고 밝아서 같이 이야기하는 게 즐거웠습니다. 서로 배려심이 깊어 소음에도 주의를 기울여 다른 사람에게 피해를 주지 않으려는 모습이 인상 깊었어요. 방의 기본 시설은 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 특별히 넓지는 않았지만 지내기에 충분했습니다. 다음에 유럽 여행을 가게 된다면 또 제너레이터 호스텔을 고려해 볼 것 같아요.

역 바로 옆에 있어서 편리하고 깨끗했습니다. 조식은 풍성하고 현지 음식이 많았습니다. 시내 중심가와 해변에서도 멀지 않았습니다.

저희가 스페인에서 묵었던 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨어요. 아나스, 라켈, 세바스찬 같은 몇몇 분들의 이름만 기억나지만, 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지, 하우스키핑, 조식 담당 직원 등 호텔의 모든 분들이 저희를 정말 환영해주시고 편안하게 해주셨습니다. 예를 들어, 세바스찬은 저희가 로비에서 짐을 다시 꾸리는 것을 보고는 저희가 요청하기도 전에 가위를 가져다주셨어요. 매일 외출하고 돌아올 때마다 모든 직원분들이 저희에게 인사를 건네주셨습니다. 저희는 그들을 통해 스페인 사람들의 따뜻한 환영과 친절함을 진정으로 느꼈습니다. 바르셀로나의 다른 호텔들보다 가격이 조금 더 비쌀 수도 있지만, 이 호텔을 예약하게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 하우스키핑은 하루에 두 번 하는 것 같았어요 (매일 저녁 침대에 초콜릿을 놓아두는데 정말 스윗했습니다). 하우스키핑 팀은 저희가 여행에 가지고 온 작은 베개에도 향수를 뿌려주셨어요 (지금까지 다른 호텔에서는 이런 서비스는 받아본 적이 없습니다). 한 가지 더 추가하자면, 호텔 샤워실이 전체 유리로 되어 있어서 프라이버시가 부족했습니다. 이 사실을 미리 알지 못하고 체크인 후에야 알게 되었죠. 아나스와 그의 팀이 다음 날 저희를 위해 프라이버시 필름을 붙여주셔서 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔 내 미슐랭 스타 레스토랑이 일요일부터 화요일까지 문을 닫아서 이용해볼 수 없었다는 것입니다. 조식은 매일 같았지만 괜찮았습니다. 바르셀로나에 다시 방문하게 된다면 이 호텔에 분명 다시 묵을 것입니다. 그라시아스 팀 올라 바르셀로나! 100/100

싱글룸이어서 방은 작았으나 전체적으로 마음에 든 숙소였어요. 이번이 바르셀로나 세번째 방문인데 숙소 위치가 제일 좋아요! 다음에 또 온다면 이 숙소로 오고 싶어요. 주변에 왠만한 명소들은 쉽게 갈 수 있어요:-) 스탭들은 정말 친절했고, 도움을 요청하면 즉시 해결해주려 노력했어요! 👍🏻👍🏻

바닷가에 위치한 아주 쾌적한 호텔입니다. 객실에는 완비된 주방이 있었고, 매일 청소 서비스가 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사는 오믈렛, 소시지, 베이컨, 치즈, 요구르트, 시리얼, 페이스트리, 채소, 과일 등 맛있고 풍성했습니다. 호텔 근처에는 편의시설이 갖춰진 해변은 없지만, 프런트에서 파라솔과 수건을 요청할 수 있습니다. 가장 가까운 슈퍼마켓은 도보로 20분 거리에 있으며, 대형 쇼핑센터가 있어 의류와 식료품을 구입할 수 있습니다. 바르셀로나 중심가까지는 택시로 30분 정도 소요됩니다. 카스텔데펠스 자체도 매우 매력적인 마을입니다. 바닷가에서 휴식을 취하고, 바르셀로나를 둘러보고, 비즈니스 박람회에 참석하는 등 다양한 활동을 즐길 수 있습니다.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias
