I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Top top top. J’ai passé deux jours incroyables. Leur terrasse waaw. La chambre superbe propre hygiénique et moderne comme je les aime. Le petit dej no comment waw y a de tt et que de bon produits et le personnel resto et réception et la dame de chambre sont tous sympa. Nous aussi on était sympa 😅

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

리리뷰어영어는 별로 도움이 되지 않습니다. 프랑스어나 아랍어를 구사해야 합니다. 국유의 오래된 5성급 호텔로, 최신 시설은 아니지만 안전합니다. 뒤쪽은 국방부 건물이고, 위치도 좋습니다. 시내와 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않지만, 배부르게 먹을 만큼만 제공됩니다. 로비에는 수공예품이 판매되고 있는데, 저렴하지는 않지만 정교합니다. 객실 문 잠금장치가 고장 났지만, 해외 방문에 대한 국가 기준에 따르면 기준을 초과하지 않습니다.

리리뷰어J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

PPolinaSОтель расположен рядом с аэропортом, красивое лобби с интересными сувенирами. Завтрак обычный европейский, делают вкусный омлет. Номера без вау эффекта, достаточно старые, но все удобства есть.

리리뷰어Nous sommes assez déçus de cet établissement : pas de parking réservé à la clientèle, petit déjeuner pauvre en choix, personnel du matin peu souriant et se permet de critiquer la clientèle.
Nous nous attendions à quelque chose de très bien mais finalement très déçus.
Le personnel de nuit très souriant et disponible. Un point vraiment très agréable et apprécié.
Propreté de la chambre +++. Nous avons appréciés.
