리리뷰어Just returned from our stay at the Planet Hollywood and have mixed feelings. There were some excellent aspects… but also a few areas for improvement! Let’s start with the good stuff: Edu (bartender at the lobby bar) was a STAR. Trust him to make your drinks, just tell him the flavor or preference for liquor) and he will spin you up something completely magical!! We LOVED spending our nights sitting at the bar watching Edu make peoples evenings. We also loved the included watersports like paddleboarding and kayaking ( unfortunately the big water tricycle was out of order). The Fuel Coffee bar is also a fabulous addition and great place to escape the heat for a cold coffee. Now, the negatives - the front desk staff was pretty subpar and didn’t seem to communicate very well - one girl was actually very rude when I was trying to sort out a room situation and I wish I got her name. The pool drinks are SO bad. Not sure what type of bottom shelf alcohol they use at pool bar, but we tried so many different drinks and they were all disgusting. The only thing somewhat drinkable was the Mojito. I ended up switching to non-alcoholic drinks after day 1 and they were much better at the pool. Did my real drinking at the lobby bar with Edu in the evenings. Otherwise, the room was clean - resort was nice and entertainment was entertaining. The food was decent but the buffet was SO hot and humid without any air conditioning. Overall, this was far from the best all inclusive experience I’ve had, but, we still made the most of it and had a nice time.

리리뷰어Op zich een prachtig gelegen, groot en luxe hotel met uitstekende service. Maar helaas vooral gericht op party vierende Amerikanen. Daardoor continu geluidsoverlast.
Op de eerste dag van ons verblijf party aan het zwembad met veel drinkende mensen in het zwembad en zeer luide muziek met DJ.
Op de t****e dag werd een groot scherm opgesteld bij het zwembad waarop de Superbowl wedstrijd werd vertoond van 16-22 uur. Enorm lawaai. Ons diner in het restaurant was daardoor niet leuk en teleurstellend.
Management reageert wel betrokken en positief, maar kan onze negatieve ervaring niet goed maken.
Conclusie: wie een luxe-ervaring wil met veel party, drukte en harde muziek zit hier prima. Wie voor de rustige pura-vida ervaring met natuur in Costa Rica komt moet hier niet zijn!

JJennifer ThomsonWe had read many great reviews before booking this property, but were a little apprehensive about if it would live up to expectations. Oh yes it did! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the property is very well maintained. While lounging by the pool, expect a lizard or two and your morning alarm could be the howler monkeys. This property is centrally located allowing you easy access to the beach and town, but the gardens and pool offer pure tranquility. You can physically feel the energy change as you cross the road and walk up the path up from the beach back to your room. There are steps into reception, down to the pool, restaurant and into rooms, so consider this if not mobile. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the evening meal offered two starter, two main and one dessert option that varied each day. The room was big, comfortable, toiletries provided and strong Wi-Fi throughout, even on the beach. We thought this property was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

RRRosssTamarindo는 재미있는 해변 마을, 많은 레스토랑 및 물론 해변입니다. 장점: 놀라운 전망, 마을까지 무료 셔틀, Langosta Beach Club 이용, 도움이 되는 직원. 단점: 시내에서 조금 떨어진 위치, 걸어갈 수 없습니다. 그리고 큰 죄수는 메뚜기였습니다. 그들은 특히 밤에 도처에있었습니다. 이것은 거대한 메뚜기처럼 보이는 거대한 (8-10 인치) 곤충입니다. 이 것들이 때때로 날아 다니고 당신에게 착륙하기 때문에 내 아이들은 겁에 질려있었습니다. 리리뷰어Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Service was really wonderful and enhanced our stay here - it makes such a difference when people are nice to you when you are away from home. There were plenty of excellent food choices for us (one of us being a vegetarian). The hotel has a ”normal” side with bars and poolside music, as well as a ”quiet” side near the spa without the music...so it was good to have the choice of vibe to sit in.
Altogether its a really well run hotel: one we were pleased to have stayed in and one we would definitely return to.

리리뷰어酒店實景和照片一樣好，非常有特色，軟件硬件都很好，孩子們非常喜歡。強烈推薦！
建議選擇包餐，比在餐廳單點划算（因為是野奢酒店，出去吃飯很不方便，建議就在酒店吃）。餐廳很棒，價格也不算離譜，包餐是三道式（前菜+主菜+甜品），餐後會簽一個賬單，有價格（但包餐不用另付），酒水需另付，小費按這個賬單價格為基礎需另外付。主菜有五六個選擇，出品不錯，量很大，服務也很親切，特別推薦當地特色啤酒。
最高處的lookout觀景台很棒，看落日和星星很愜意。泳池在山間，會有落葉，白天有人打掃（但也不能指望像室內泳池那麼乾淨），但野趣很足。本來也想晚上去遊，但沒想到晚上泳池會有很多青蛙來遊，雖沒遊成但非常有趣。
房間往來餐廳可以叫Golf車接送，隨叫隨到很方便。房間內各種設施很齊全，尤其望遠鏡很棒。
酒店也提供周邊各種付費的短途Tour,可以提前預約，但既然住野奢圖的就是在大自然中放鬆，待在酒店也並不會無聊。
