My stay at Rede Andrade Riviera Premium was disappointing and the hotel absolutely does not deserve the word “premium”. Although the reception staff was polite, they were unable or unwilling to offer any real solutions when problems were addressed. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, came across as rude and inattentive, and the room itself was not properly cleaned. Hygiene standards clearly need major improvement, especially considering the presence of multiple (small) cockroaches in the room, which were reported but not addressed. A major issue was the electricity outage that lasted more than 12 hours. No compensation (trip.com did handle these issues well), no apology, and not even practical help was offered. The fridge started leaking after the freezer ice melted, yet extra towels were refused. Towels are only replaced every two days anyway, which is far from acceptable given the conditions. The room lacked basic essentials: no hangers, no glasses, no essentials, limited working power outlets, and a TV remote that barely functioned. The mattresses looked dirty, the curtains were stained and full of holes, and they let in too much sunlight. The shower leaked, and mold was visible on the walls and ceiling. The elevators were old, dirty, and some buttons didn’t work. The photos used online are misleading and clearly outdated. Early in the morning, the noise from cleaning staff was excessive and felt disrespectful toward guests trying to rest. There’s also no peephole in the door, which makes it uncomfortable not knowing who is knocking. Hairdryers are not available in the rooms and must be requested at reception, to be shared with all guests. During Carnaval, this meant long and unreasonable waiting times. Overall, the stay felt disorganized, poorly maintained, and far below the standard the hotel claims to offer. The only positive point was the strong water pressure in the shower, unfortunately surrounded by mold and poor maintenance. The overall experience was disappointing, unhygienic, and extremely poorly managed.

Average hotel, friendly staff but my experience was long check in and people were waiting on the lobby area. During the night the light outage happened and it happened several times during the night. Corridors are noisy. Not really sure if I would stay there again.

Exceptionally good as always. Superb breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, and there is a rooftop pool as a bonus. Great brand through and through. Would recommend 120%. A Value choice.

Bom hotel

Gutes Touristenklasse Hotel. Wenn man den günstigen Preis beachtet, ist das Hotel inkl. Frühstück akzeptabel . Kleiner Poolbereich auf dem Dach. Frühstück Buffet gute Auswahl und es wird laufend nachgelegt. Freundliches Personal, ausser einer Dame, die am 13.05.26 ca. 20:30 an der Rezeption versucht hat Dienst zu machen. Diese Person war mega unfreundlich und sollte wohl nicht im Dienstleistungsgewerbe arbeiten. Wir fragten nach einem 2.ten Bettlaken zum zudecken, da wir nicht gewohnt sind uns eines zu teilen. Na ja....wie geschrieben...mega unfreundlich und hat abgelehnt. Sonst, der Stuhl im Zimmer #312 war gebrochen und kompliziert drauf zu sitzen. Schimmelspuren im Bad, aber wie geschrieben...man muss den günstigen Preis sehen. Dafür...ok

Experiência ok, café poderia ser melhorado e ter mais atenção para manutenção, chuveiro mal esquentava e ficava gelado do nada e vazava muita água do box para o banheiro, deixando-o alagado. Informei a sra da limpeza e quando retornamos ainda estava molhado sem panos de chão adicionais.

Amei a experiência já é a segunda vez que agente vai , super recomendo. Café da manhã maravilhoso com várias opções, praia pertinho ,piscina limpa atendimento top!

A experiência foi muito boa desde a agilidade no check-in, as informações na recepção, o estacionamento, a limpeza no quarto (estava com apreensão sobre isso devido aos comentários, só fiquei um dia, mas o quarto estava limpo e as toalhas também, poucos pontos de ferrugem devido ao salitre), o café da manhã com pouca variedade, porém bem servido e gostoso (uma observação é a limpeza das xícaras e pratos, poderia ser melhor). Solicitei que ficassemos em um quarto com vista para o mar e fomos atendidas. O check-out foi rápido também e sem problemas. Hospedagem muito tranquila.
