A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

다른 저예산 공항 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴하며 셔틀을 통해 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸서비스와 레스토랑도 훌륭합니다. 그러나 시설은 오래되었고 첫 번째 방에는 금고가 없었습니다. 두 번째 방에는 금고가 있었지만 작동이 멈췄으며 리모컨의 배터리도 작동을 멈췄습니다. 뜨거운 에어컨은 오래되어 덜거덕거렸습니다. 그 말! 가든 코트 호텔은 끔찍하고 대륙간 호텔이 너무 비싸기 때문에 아마도 다시 사용할 것입니다. 하지만 조금만 더 잘 관리하면 훨씬 더 좋아질 수 있습니다.

選這裡是因為看中了免費接送機和免費早餐，然而事實上呢，最後一趟接機是晚上11點出發，我11點多到達機場，説夜裡接機就要收費了，我願意出錢，但是卻不能來到達層接我，衹能在汽車站，眾所周知，南非自然一塌糊塗，晚上在路上走被搶的概率非常高！最後我自己花錢打車去他們旅館，發現大門緊閉！旅館位置很偏，晚上連路燈都沒有，黑燈瞎火的，司機又是黑人，大家設身處地想一下，心裏慌不慌？我知道前台晚上11點下班，但是我早就郵件説明：我11點多才落地，12點多才能到，他們明明知道，但仍然沒有留人。等了很久，司機回來，才開門進去。剛開始司機不肯給我房門鑰匙，要我加200蘭特的晚入住的費用，這個費用是我不知道的，之前在攜程下單時沒有告知。第2天為了坐班車去機場，早餐也沒有時間吃。一次並不愉快的入住體驗！

1. Great location and friendly staff. 2. a. std room, no fridge or tea/coffee making. b. room clean, quiet and serviced when req. c. no room to keep suitcase open and limited hanging space. d. mainly local TV programing except for ”BBC” channel which showed French TV, CNN appeared sometime late on day 2. e. power load shedding meant TV had to be regularly reset by hotel maintenance. f. breakfast choices reasonable (some supply issues) g. went for dinner one night and around 80% of menu unavailable (supply issues again). h. for reasons still unbeknown to me, prices were NOT displayed on the cafe menus. Thirdly, if I was ever to return to JNB, I still may stay at Onomo, albeit in an upgraded room. Plenty of good eating nearby, particularly in the adjacent Nelson Mandela Square complex.

샌드턴의 하얏트 하우스에서 경이로운 경험! 요하네스버그 교외에 위치한 이 호텔은 안전하고 고요한 환경을 제공합니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고 스토브, 전자레인지, 미니 냉장고가 있는 아파트 같은 설정이 있었습니다. 또한 여기 직원들은 절대적으로 믿을 수 없습니다. 나는 솔직히 그들에게 충분히 감사할 수 없습니다. 그들은 매우 친절하며 요하네스버그에서 훌륭한 숙박을 할 수 있도록 할 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에서 아침 식사 직원에 이르기까지 모두가 훌륭했고 언젠가 요부르크로 돌아갈 수 있기를 고대하고 있습니다.

리리뷰어Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

리리뷰어I stayed here for 2 weeks, and I enjoyed myself immensely! I mostly keep to myself and don’t go out, as I was just here to relax and unwind. However I felt very safe and comfortable with my stay. The room is clean and smells amazing! There was a cute glass balcony which was pleasant as I could step out a bit and enjoy the great weather. The bathroom was stocked, I had a good selection of teas and coffees. I was very satisfied and impressed with my room selection. Although I think next time I will choose the apartment hotel since I always bought my own food 😄. They have a free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square every hour which I utilized. They have a pool which I could see from my balcony and a gym that was opposite my room, however I did not utilize either of those facilities. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

This hotel is near East Rand Mall. The counter staff told us that it is unsafe to walk across the street and advised us to take either Uber or hotel's van. If you are traveling in a group of 4 or more people, it is cheaper to get the hotel's van (80 rand one way) instead of Uber
