I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. 구시가지 중심부, 큰 공원 옆에 위치한 이 레스토랑의 리바이 스테이크와 팬에 구운 연어는 맛있습니다. 로비는 꽤 넓고, 영어 노래를 연주하는 피아노가 있어서 매우 편안했습니다. 스탠다드룸은 꽤 넓고, 룸에서 제공되는 100% 아랍커피는 정말 맛있습니다. 몬터레이에는 3개의 SAFI가 있습니다. 다음에 여기 오면, 계속해서 SAFI에 머물고 싶습니다. 서비스 직원도 매우 좋습니다.

방이 완전히 깨끗하지는 않았습니다. 머리카락이 있었고 샤워실과 카펫이 더러웠습니다. 수건은 많이 낡았습니다. 호텔과 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 특별히 신경 써야 할 것 같습니다. 감사합니다.

정말 훌륭한 호텔이었어요. 조식도 종류도 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 다만, 대로변에 면한 객실은 소음이 좀 심할 수 있다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 샤워기 물 온도도 뜨거운 물과 차가운 물이 번갈아 나오는 등 일정하지 않았어요.

정말 훌륭하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며 편안하고 전문적인 서비스였습니다. 침대가 정말 편안했고, 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 창문을 통해 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 공용 공간은 넓고 고급스러웠으며, 엘리베이터를 이용하면 지하 쇼핑몰로 바로 갈 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔이 위치한 샌 페드로 지역도 매우 안전하고 깨끗합니다. 강력 추천합니다! 다음에 몬터레이에 오게 되면 꼭 다시 숙박할 거예요.

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

호텔은 괜찮고, 아주 예쁘고, 매력적이며, 근처에 볼거리도 많습니다. 하루 종일이든 1~2시간이든 관광을 하고 싶다면 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 숙소는 매우 깨끗해서 정말 정돈된 곳에 있는 것 같은 기분이 듭니다. 객실은 아주 따뜻한 인테리어로 꾸며져 있습니다. 제가 예약한 객실은 책상 의자와 침대 앞 화장대처럼 눈에 띄게 오래된 가구가 있었는데, 그 부분도 눈에 띄게 마모되었지만, 다른 시설들을 고려하면 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 서비스에 대해 이야기해 볼까요? 프런트 데스크는 매우 친절하고 세심했지만, 룸서비스는 정말 최악이었습니다. QR 코드는 그다지 좋지 않았고, 가격은 평균적인 수준이었지만, 룸서비스 응답 속도가 너무 느려서 외식을 하게 되었습니다. 인터넷 서비스는 다소 제한적이었습니다. Wi-Fi에 연결하면 Gmail을 열 수 없었습니다. 또한 사용했던 여행 사이트(제 경우에는 Trip)도 열 수 없었습니다. 모든 사이트가 차단되어 있어 탐색 경험이 매우 제한적이었습니다. 예약 페이지에 제 예약 정보가 없어서 온라인으로 서비스를 이용할 수 없었습니다. 전화했는데 대기 시간이 그렇게 길지는 않았습니다. 전화에 붙어 있을 거라고 기대하지는 않았지만, 5분 이상 기다려야 할 줄은 몰랐습니다. 간단히 말해서, 강력 추천합니다. 직접 방문하고 싶고 인터넷에 의존하지 않는다면 정말 즐거운 시간을 보내실 수 있을 겁니다. 하지만 (효율적인) 앱을 통해 모든 것을 관리하는 데 익숙한 테크노마드라면 다른 옵션을 찾아보는 것이 좋습니다.
