공간은 괜찮았습니다. 방도 꽤 넓고, 작업 공간과 빨래 건조대도 편리했습니다. 특히 에어컨 바람이 빨래 건조대 쪽으로 직접 나와서 가장 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 서비스는 별로였습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 영어를 못했고, 정원 안내를 해준 직원은 짐을 옮겨주겠다는 제안을 하지 않았습니다. 또한, 이 지역이 그다지 안전하지 않다는 이야기를 들었으니 여행하실 때 주의하시기 바랍니다.

리노베이션 중이지만 호텔 직원 모두가 우리의 편안한 숙박을 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 전반적으로 꽤 깨끗하지만 샤워실은 제대로 청소되지 않았거나 방 전체에 같은 걸레를 사용한 것 같습니다. 샤워실 바닥에는 매일 보풀이 남아 있거나 약간의 머리카락(제 머리카락은 아님)이 있었습니다. 그 외에 나머지 욕실은 항상 깨끗했는데, 저에게는 중요한 부분입니다. 침대 린넨은 처음부터 새것이고 가구는 새것은 아니지만 필요한 모든 것이 있었고 상태도 좋았습니다. 단기 체류에는 비용 대비 완벽한 가치였고 리셉션, 유지 관리, 안내해 주는 운전자(호텔의 예의!)의 직원 서비스가 완벽하지 않은 사소한 것들을 보완해 주었습니다. 서비스는 흠잡을 데 없었고 감사합니다. 밤에는 조용하고 침대는 편안하며 난방도 잘 작동했습니다. 오래된 호텔을 기대하세요. 반짝이는 새것이고 화려하지는 않지만 모든 기본 필수품의 10%는 확실히 충족시켜 줍니다.

방이 완전히 깨끗하지는 않았습니다. 머리카락이 있었고 샤워실과 카펫이 더러웠습니다. 수건은 많이 낡았습니다. 호텔과 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 특별히 신경 써야 할 것 같습니다. 감사합니다.

저는 출장으로 8일 동안 숙박했습니다. 청결도: 침대 시트는 매일 교체되지 않고, 정리만 해줍니다. 객실 바닥 청소는 없고, 쓰레기통만 비워줍니다. 편의시설: 전기 주전자, 슬리퍼, 세면도구는 제공되지 않습니다. 욕실에는 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어 있고, 작은 냉장고가 있어서 좋았습니다. 인테리어는 미니멀하고, 침대 옆 조명 조절 버튼이 있어서 모든 조명을 한 번에 끌 수 있는 점이 편리했습니다. 서비스: 매우 평범합니다. 아침 식사는 멕시코식으로 매일 고기와 채소 요리가 바뀌지만, 맛은 그저 그렇습니다. 갓 만든 오믈렛과 멕시코식 매콤하고 새콤한 타르코가 있습니다. 중국인 투숙객은 주방에 계란 프라이와 간장을 요청할 수 있습니다. 주변 환경: 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 뒤편 10미터 거리에 Oxxo 편의점이 있고, 30미터 더 가면 더 크고 다양한 상품을 갖춘 Oxxo 편의점이 있습니다. 컨벤션 센터까지는 택시로 15분 거리이며, 쇼핑몰, 소규모 재래시장, 셀프 세탁소는 모두 도보로 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다.

멕시코 호텔 가격이 상당히 올랐습니다. 몇 년 전보다 비싸진 것 외에는 호텔 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 시설과 서비스는 훌륭했고, 아침 식사도 푸짐했습니다. 쇼핑몰은 조금 멀리 떨어져 있었고, 저녁 시간이라 혼자 산책은 나가지 않았습니다.

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

아침 식사를 제외하고는 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 기대에 미치지 못했어요. 잘 익은 과일도 없었고, 파파야는 나무처럼 딱딱했습니다. 게다가 원하는 만큼 덜어 먹을 수도 없었어요. 왜 이렇게 불편한 서비스를 제공하는 걸까요?
