위치가 매우 좋습니다. 맞은편에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 식사와 쇼핑이 매우 편리합니다. 지역이 매우 안전합니다. 묵는 것을 추천합니다. 다만, 시설이 다소 낡고 아침 식사가 만족스럽지 않습니다.

우리는 2 박 동안 머물렀고 전체가 매우 위생적이며 레스토랑은 맛이 좋으며 가격은 높지 않지만 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 외부 환경은 괜찮습니다. 2개의 수영장과 공용 공간에 WiFi가 있지만 객실은 없고 매우 간단합니다. 침구와 기본적인 욕실 외에 다른 부대시설은 없습니다. 물론 가격은 이 패키지일 뿐이므로 필요에 따라 선택하십시오.

就在gudarajala expo對面 非常近 邊上是威斯汀 早餐豐富多樣 但是可能中國人吃不太慣 有白粥就更好了入住第一天送mini bar 5瓶酒水 酒店有泳池健身房 總體來説還可以的 雖然陳舊 但是還可以 下次來應該還會選擇這裏

공항 바로 안에 있어서 매우 편리합니다.
구글 지도에서 호텔을 검색해보니 호텔에서 6㎞ 떨어진 곳에 있는 것으로 밝혀져 길을 잃을 뻔했다. 결국 호텔에 전화해 공항 안에 있다는 사실을 확인했다.

Great location for wandering around Col Americana. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean, but no bar fridge and the water pressure for the shower was quite weak.

전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 위치는 금색이었고 걷기에 매우 좋았으며 많은 귀여운 카페, 레스토랑 및 Avenida Chapultepec과 가깝습니다. 침대는 정말 편안했고 샤워 수압도 훌륭했습니다. 사우나와 수영장이 있다는 점이 마음에 들었지만, 제가 그곳에 있었던 날에는 수영장이 약간 더러웠습니다(그 전날은 깨끗했지만). 직원들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 도움이 되었고 음식도 괜찮았지만 조금 비싸다고 생각했습니다. AC는 훌륭하게 작동했습니다.
돌아오는 모습을 볼 수 있었어요!

호텔은 정말 아름답습니다! 우리가 예약한 현지 고객들도 현지에서 가장 리모델링된 호텔을 봤다고 합니다! 방과 욕실은 충분히 크고 매우 세련되며 세면 도구 (칫솔 제외)가 완벽하게 준비되어 있습니다. 호텔의 조식은 풍성하며 매일 신선한 과일을 제공합니다. 레스토랑의 저녁 식사도 매우 훌륭하고 가격이 매우 높으며 레스토랑은 정원을 향하고 있으며 멕시코의 좋은 날씨와 매우 아름답습니다. 모든 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 우리는 7일 동안 매우 추천합니다! !

이 호텔의 전반적인 경험은 여전히 좋습니다. 인프라가 있으면 시설이 조금 낡았을 수 있고 아침 식사는 나쁘지 않지만 비교적 간단합니다. 자율 주행이 약간 피곤합니다. 인근 시설이 더 편리합니다. 물건을 사는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 유명한 호수 옆에 가십시오. 기본적으로 이것입니다.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

리리뷰어I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

다만 자동차가 있어야 호텔까지 갈 수 있을 것 같아요.
호텔에서 차량을 운행하기는 합니다.
공항픽업서비스도 있는 걸로 알고 바다까지 내려다주는 셔틀버스도 있습니다.
높이 있어서 풍경을 보기에 정말 좋고 시설 또한 훌륭합니다.
값이 싸지는 않지만 돈을 낸 만큼의 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.
호텔의 외관 또한 가고싶게 만드는데에 한 몫 합니다.
방들도 넓고 훌륭합니다. 5명 6명이 들어갈 수 있는 큰 방이 있고 가족들끼리 와서 호캉스하기에 굉장히 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다.

우리는 아침 뷔페가 포함 된 방에 대해 Trip.com을 통해 지불했습니다. 체크인 직원은 지불이 완료되지 않았으며 여전히 방과 뷔페를 별도로 지불해야한다고 말했습니다. 2시간의 혼란과 1세 아이와 기다리다가 마침내 해결됐다. 직원들은 실수에 대해 전혀 미안하거나 사과하지 않았습니다.

GGabrielaMedranoI didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

리리뷰어I stayed for a week here at Free Spirit and absolutely loved it. It is a very special place in a great location full of excellent people. The service was second to none and I felt extremely welcome. I could not recommend this place enough for young travellers, solo travellers, LGBTQ+ travellers, and anyone who is looking to relax bohemian style in Guadalajara. There are parties on the rooftop and also a lovely yoga studio with aromatherapy and other great activities. I would most definitely come back to stay here and I highly recommend others to check it out too. Thank you for everything Free Spirit!

익익명 사용자We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.
