바 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 칼리만탄바랏 호텔

이번이 우리에게 폰티아낙으로의 첫 여행이었는데, 즐거운 놀라움이었습니다. 시내 중심가까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 찾아가기도 쉬웠어요. 카운터 직원은 우리를 Singkawang까지 데려다줄 자동차와 운전자를 찾는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 매우 즐거운 휴가 경험.

The overall environment for my stay was excellent. Service at reception & coffeehouse was excellent. Facilities were good. Only suggestion is to place ironing facilities in the room. Staffs overall are friendly, helpful & courtiest. Make our stay extremely comfortableWill surely return to stay here as well as recommend to friends, relatives & associates to stay in Novotel Pontianak. . Well done & Keep it up please.

이 호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 보안 직원부터 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지까지 모든 직원이 친절하고 전문적이며 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 도착했을 때 시원한 웰컴 드링크를 제공받았고, 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 특히 보안 직원분들이 친절하게 짐을 옮겨주시고 차 문도 열어주셔서 감동했습니다. 진정한 5성급 서비스였습니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고, 침대, 조명, 전체적인 분위기 모두 훌륭했습니다. 특히 샤워기의 수압이 세서 더욱 좋았고, 덕분에 시원하고 즐겁게 샤워할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 가이아 몰과 공항에서 가까워 매우 편리했습니다.

위치가 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 객실 시설이 매우 낡았습니다. 일회용 슬리퍼가 모두 통과되었습니다. 프론트 데스크에 서비스를 변경하도록 요청할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사도 좋습니다. 간단한 뷔페는 숙박을 선택할 수 있습니다. 보증금이 필요합니다. 소개에 쓰여지지 않았습니다.

The hotel is great, everything looks perfect. What impressed me the most is the springbed and pillow! It’s really a great quality to support rest quality as well.

디럭스룸을 예약했는데 정말 작았어요. 설명에는 26m² 정도라고 되어 있는데, 욕실이 그 공간을 대부분 차지하는 것 같아요. 26m²가 아니라서 그런 것 같아요. 방은 너무 작고 답답했어요. 에어컨은 시원하다기보다는 시끄러운 환풍기 소리 같았어요. 수영장은 리노베이션 공사로 인해 폐쇄되었는데, 예약 노트에는 언급이 안 되어 있었어요. 그래도 직원들은 친절했어요.

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

Totally good,, Mercure hotel is the one nice in Pontianak city West Kalimantan nearby Pontianak mall , and easy to access to pontianak city,

Location is strategic, just 20-30 minutes away from Airport. There are several restaurants and cafe with walking distance from the hotel.
