방은 깨끗하고 편안했고 넓고 보안도 매우 친절했습니다. 차에서 내리면 차문이 바로 열려서 반갑게 맞이해 주셨고, 체크인 체크아웃 서비스도 매우 잘 되어 있었습니다.

The overall environment for my stay was excellent. Service at reception & coffeehouse was excellent. Facilities were good. Only suggestion is to place ironing facilities in the room. Staffs overall are friendly, helpful & courtiest. Make our stay extremely comfortableWill surely return to stay here as well as recommend to friends, relatives & associates to stay in Novotel Pontianak. . Well done & Keep it up please.

The hotel offers good value for money with a pleasant atmosphere and convenient location. However, the receptionist could be more welcoming, and there was mould in the bathroom of room 346.

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Excellent location, courteous staffs and nice local food for hotel breakfast. Turmeric drink is very nice. Long bathtub is old and not practical for seniors as being Asian our legs are shorter and having to go in to the high bathtub can be a challenge. Malaysia 🇲🇾 uses 3 pin plug unfortunately the one in the room is spoilt. Had dinner at Lao Pan Niang Coffeeshop just walking distance. Very reasonable price food including the sweet &!sour fish 🐠 we ordered.

이 호텔은 전략적으로 Pontianak의 중심에 위치하고 있으며 Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 체크인은 산들 바람이었고 샤워 헤드 근처에 눈에 띄는 검은 곰팡이가있는 욕실을 제외하고는 방이 깨끗했습니다. 검은 곰팡이의 부적절한 장면과 샤워 캐빈에 들어갈 때마다 습한 냄새 때문에 샤워 경험이 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 나도 스파에 갔고 마사지는 괜찮은데 담당자가 이렇게 댓글을 달았다. 글쎄, 나는 계산원이 아니기 때문에 변화가 없습니다. 어느 쪽이든, 나는 그것이 약간 전문적이지 않은 것처럼 느낍니다.

Location is strategic, just 20-30 minutes away from Airport. There are several restaurants and cafe with walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.
