바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 칼리만탄바랏 호텔

A well located hotel in the city with good amenties & access to shopping areas & eateries. Room was also clean & spacious but the wall is abit thin as we cam hear the voices of guest speaking. Also friendly & helpful staff ready to meet  our requests. Breakfast spread while quite basic is also delicious  sumptious.  Will surely repeat stay in our next visit.

It was our second stay at this hotel in 4 months. We especially liked the poolside terrace where we can see the sun rise over breakfast. The staff were excellent with their service and attentiveness.

애스턴 호텔에 묵을 때마다 직원들이 항상 친절하고 미소를 지으며 응대해 주어서 좋은 추억이 많이 생겼습니다. 항상 최선을 다해 고객을 만족시키려고 노력하는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 시설은 대체로 오래된 건물에 있는 것 같았습니다. 직원들은 최선을 다해 깨끗하게 유지하고 온수/수도도 잘 나옵니다. 프런트 데스크와 컨시어지 직원들의 쾌활한 태도와 밝은 미소에 감탄했습니다. 제가 집에 가져갈 폰티아낙 과일과 포장 선물용품을 판매하는 멋진 지역 농산물 가게와도 가깝습니다.

이것은 우리를 위해 Pontianak에 대한 첫 번째 여행이었고 즐거운 놀라움이었습니다. 도심까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있었고, 잡기 쉬웠습니다. 카운터 직원은 우리가 Singkawang으로 데려다 줄 차와 운전사를 찾는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 모든 매우 즐거운 휴가 경험.

좋음: 개별 직원들은 확실히 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 피크 타임과 낮에는 하차 및 주차 공간이 어려운 것을 제외하고는 위치가 좋습니다. 실망스러움: 2년 만에 두 번째로 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 예약 시 트윈 침대를 선택했고, 트윈 침대에 대한 비고도 있었는데도 트윈 침대를 받을 수 없었고, 8박을 묵었습니다. 직원들은 트윈 침대로 업그레이드하려면 비용을 지불해야 한다고 말했습니다. 옥상에 있는 수영장은 도시의 가장 좋은 전망을 제공하지만, 조금 작습니다.

Hotel is located in a strategic location with a hospital across the road and many delicious food around. Check in was fast with a big lobby. Card access to rooms. The lift on the right was a bit slow though and sometimes wouldn’t open till you press the door open button. Pool is mainly for kids and the water wasn’t that clean. Didn’t opt for the breakfast. Room was big and clean but the hot water wasn’t consistent. Stayed on the eight floor and the view was fantastic. Parking to lobby was one way, so after you get picked up or dropped off the car has to reverse out. But overall a comfortable stay.

The staff here are excellent. They help with every query and provide advice too. The room service food is good and the restaurant food is excellent. My room was very safe and comfortable, and cleaned every day. The hotel is right near to the mall, and the town centre is a short grab ride away. I have stayed here twice and also extended my stay the second time!

Great location, got space to park motorbike, good front desk. For breakfast it was simple but not to complain As u get for what u paid rite.. overall yes its a good hotel for staycation
