바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 웨스트미들랜즈 호텔

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Really nice hotel, great service and convenient location for where we were going. Would recommend but maybe avoid driving where possible just incase you can’t get a spot, unless there was more parking that we happened to miss which is always a possibility.

영어: 방은 괜찮았지만 체크인할 때 프런트 데스크의 인도와 파키스탄 직원 두 명의 서비스 태도가 끔찍했습니다.그들은 항상 참을성이 없었고 방의 방음은 매우 나빴습니다.제 방에는 설명할 수 없이 옆방으로 연결된 문이 있었습니다.3일째 되는 날, 옆방 사람들이 계속 제 문을 열었고 문이 즉시 열렸습니다.방을 바꿔달라고 프런트 데스크에 갔지만 자물쇠가 딸깍거리는 소리가 들렸음에도 불구하고 열리지 않을 것이라고 말했습니다.마지못해 방을 바꿨지만, 제가 받은 다른 방에도 문이 있었습니다.이 호텔에 머무르는 것이 완전히 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다.나중에 어느 날 아침, 제가 아직 자고 있을 때 백인 여성이 제 문을 밀고 제 방으로 들어왔습니다.나중에 그녀가 청소 직원이라고 설명했습니다.청소 직원이 먼저 노크하지 않을까요?하룻밤에 900위안은 절대 가치가 없다고 생각합니다.프런트 데스크 직원은 정말 끔찍했습니다.

Excellent customer service for me a disabled solo traveller. All the staff where outstanding but my best big goes to lovely Marianne in the Faraday restaurant so attentive and professional and pro people 💯

Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again.

Very convenient for early morning fl8ghts to stay overnight in a comfortable bed with clean modern facilities. Loved the bathroom! Greeted nicely. The restaurant served tasty basics meals. Both bar and coffee drinks. Didn't like the removal of menus and oth8er table items whilst I was eating. I know I was a late customer. But please, after a long travelling day, I just needed some relaxing enjoyment of dinner and coffee.

비즈니스를 하고 휴식을 취하기에 매우 좋은 장소입니다. 물론 아내와 아이와 함께 다시 올 예정입니다. 더블 엑스

아주 좋아 매우 역사적인 성 호텔, 가격은 그리 비싸지 않습니다. 피크 지역 근처의 코벤트리에 위치하고 있으며 런던 맨체스터 시티 뉴카에서 멀지 않습니다. 방은 성의 방입니다. Downton Manor에 사는 느낌이 듭니다(Downton의 촬영 장소는 실제로 100km 이내). 방의 장식은 약간 낡았고 손으로 끌린 화장실은 90년대로 돌아간 느낌입니다. 공공 장소는 박물관과 같으며, 모두 영국의 정통 스타일이며, 촬영은 꽤 좋습니다. 저녁을 먹었고 아주 좋았습니다. 요컨대, 영국에서 성이나 수도원 등을 경험하는 것이 최선의 선택입니다.

It was an excellent stay at Scarman for me. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a good range of food for breakfast and the selection of food for lunch & dinner was not huge but the food was delicious. I went to the University of Warwick to attend my son's graduation which the venue for the ceremony was within walking distance. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
