바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 노팅엄셔 호텔

이 호텔은 기차역에서 아주 가까워 노팅엄 어디를 가든 위치가 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했지만, 방문 전에 온라인 체크인을 강요하는 이메일을 계속 보낸 것은 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 다행히 온라인 체크인을 하지 않아서 예상치 못하게 일찍 도착했는데도 바로 방을 구할 수 있었습니다. 만약 온라인 체크인을 했다면 몇 시간을 기다려야 했을 겁니다. 이 호텔 체인은 괜찮은 편이고, 예전에도 좋은 경험을 했었는데 이번 방문도 괜찮았습니다. 유일한 불만은 객실에 차와 커피와 함께 비스킷이 제공되지 않았다는 점입니다. 기본적인 권리라고 생각하는데 말이죠.

The check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.

Very clean place, checking in and out was easy. The only thing was the car park needs a refurb. Potholes everywhere and lines have faded.

This Ibis is in the perfect location for exploring Nottingham. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. Mega comfy bed too!. I only gave it 4 out of 5 as the carpet in our room was a bit smelly & didn't look like it had been hoovered plus there were a couple of curly hairs (not ours!) in the shower.

The best place to stay at Nottingham, so peaceful to walk around, great clean rooms, smooth check-ins I’ve stayed here multiple times. Highly recommended.

The washer tabs do not provide a non-slip mat in the shower room. We requested to buy one since we will be staying for three days, but they denied our request due to risk concerns. Instead, they offered a towel to place inside the shower. Even so, they should be able to provide non-slip strips! Secondly, the elevator to the G floor lift lobby is not convenient for elderly or accessible individuals, as it requires stepping up a staircase.,

일반적으로 내 체류는 괜찮 았습니다. 모든 직원은 매우 도움이되고 유쾌했으며 친절한 태도에 감사했습니다. 그러나 내 경험에 영향을 미치는 몇 가지 문제가있었습니다. 오전 2 시경에 돌아와서 상당한 양의 소음을 내는 많은 젊은이들이 내 층에 머물고있었습니다. 불행히도 직원이 방해를 해결하기 위해 오지 않아 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 결국 잠들기 시작했을 때 두 마리의 비둘기가 창밖에서 큰 소리를 내며 다시 방해를 받았습니다. 아침에 나는 내 창 위의 그물에 죽은 비둘기가 잡혀 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 이것은 보기에 상당히 불쾌했고 건강하거나 위생적이지 않은 것 같습니다. 또한 1박에 £125로 낡은 카펫을 볼 것으로 기대하지 않습니다. 바닥의 상태는 청구된 가격을 반영하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 훌륭했지만 이러한 문제는 그렇지 않으면 훌륭한 숙박을 손상시켰습니다.

Nice, clean room . Good facilities, friendly staff. Only issue was the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear people talking in the room next door

Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again
