The hotel service was good and the staff members were helpful! But somehow my booking via Trip.com changed to ticket.com for an unknowns reason that led to double charge of my booking. In the end, the staff members helped sorting out the issue.

훌륭한 위치 주차장에 접근할 수 있는 곳은 분명하지 않지만 호텔 뒤쪽에 주차합니다. 사랑스럽고 아늑하고 깨끗한 방. 돈을 위해 그레이디 가치. 유일한 비판은 메뉴 선택이 매우 제한적이라는 것입니다. 사랑스러운 아침 식사 훌륭한 품질
직원의 서비스와 친절을 잘못 할 수 없습니다. 다시 예약하지만 선택이 제한되어 다른 곳에서 먹을 수 있습니다.

We got upgraded to an executive room located at the ground floor which is excellent for us due to the large luggage travelling along or we might need to carry through the stairs. The breakfast was the greatest throughout our stay in England. Staff is friendly. It’s an old English hotel a little old but the experience is superb. Situated in the heart of the small beautiful old English town. Love it.

객실 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이지만 불행히도 수영장과 시설은 매우 더러웠습니다. 특히 스팀룸에서요. 그곳에서 휴식을 취하기가 매우 어려웠습니다.
직원들은 매우 정중했습니다. 호텔은 현재 리노베이션 중이므로 복도에 공사가 많이 있고 작동하는 엘리베이터가 없습니다.

The hotel room I received didn’t match the specifications promised during booking. Advertised as a 26 sqm King-sized space, the room I walked into was significantly smaller (around 20 sqm) —cramped and difficult to navigate, with barely any space for luggage or comfortable movement.
Initially, the service agent insisted all rooms were the same size and claimed I’d been upgraded to a Queen-sized room. They also told me no alternative rooms were available due to full booking.
After nearly an hour of late-night discussion with the on-duty manager—around 11pm—I was finally offered a room that was noticeably more spacious and aligned with my expectations.
This experience highlights the importance of honest and accurate descriptions in hotel listings. I hope future guests won’t have to deal with the same confusion and inconvenience.

리리뷰어The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings.
What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit.
The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations.
The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities.
Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

JJWLoved staying at the Bell. Right opposite Tewkesbury Abbey, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Free parking is a real bonus here too and the location is close to the Severn Way walk, for walks down to Deerhurst and beyond.
Friendly , engaging , genuine, and sometimes fun, service and attention from all the staff made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was so worth the price, and huge portions too! We also stayed for dinner one night ( had a great Indian at the Raj the second night) and were so nicely surprised. Being a ‘pub chain’ hotel you sometimes think the food might be quite bland and corporate but the chefs here know what they are doing. So happy with the food.
One or two minor grumbles might be the traffic noise, as our room was on the road ( so wore earplugs and fine) and the very soft bed, but meh, it was fine really.
We would more than likely stay again if passing through this way in the future.

리리뷰어Delighted with our 3rd stay at this welcoming hotel in perfect location in centre of beautiful Cirencester. Enjoyed the most comfortable and well appointed room, bathroom and all amenities provided. Service is perfect, be it at reception, the bar or restaurant. Breakfast is always a treat, delicious and plentiful. Thank you all at the King’s Head.

리리뷰어Overall it was good but The worst part about hotel is that they didn’t provide basics amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste and if you ask for it they charge you which doesn’t makes sense to me. Besides this the bathroom light keeps on blinking and during the day time it was completely off.

리리뷰어We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

The bar is clean and so are the rooms.
We stayed there in room 40, above the cafe that is not run by the hotel.
7am on a Sunday morning we are woken by music blaring through the floor from the cafe downstairs, music didn’t stop until we left the room.
Ate a meal in the evening, fish and chips and a steak and ale pie, fish and chips were very nice although the pie was a very different experience. The meat was so dry I need to swig a drink with every mouthful and the pastry lid was dry and flavourless.
I would stay again but would insist that I had a different room away from the 7am unwelcome wake up call

리리뷰어The staff greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was well laid out and very clean.
We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Margaret made us feel right at home.
The service in the bar was attentive and efficient. The barman was friendly and helpful.
The full English breakfast gave us a great start to the day. There was plenty of choice and the service was quick and friendly.
Parking on site was secure and there were plenty of spaces.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.
