바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 글로스터셔 호텔

Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants. Room including shower room were clean and well presented. Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point. Didn't have time to use the pool etc. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

이 호텔은 글로스터 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대형 슈퍼마켓과 쇼핑 및 엔터테인먼트 단지 바로 옆에 있습니다. 시설은 접근성이 좋고 노인 친화적이지만, 다소 오래되었습니다. 많은 지역 어르신들이 이곳에서 식사하고, 음료를 마시며, 담소를 나누곤 했습니다. 직원들은 특히 어르신들에게 친절했습니다. 제 나이 많은 동행 중 한 분은 처음에는 호텔이 그저 그런 수준이라고 생각했지만, 3일 후에는 떠나고 싶어 하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 풍성했고, 일반적인 영국식 아침 식사였고, 심지어 손님들이 객실로 음식을 가져갈 수 있도록 짐 꾸리기 가방까지 세심하게 제공해 주었습니다. 주차는 호텔 옆 공영 주차장을 이용하시면 됩니다. 야간 주차 요금은 11.50파운드로 다소 비싸지만 런던보다는 저렴합니다. 주변 코츠월드 마을까지 한 시간 거리에 있어 교통이 편리합니다.

Location is good, beautiful building, room is nice, bed is comfortable! However, the meals were really so so. For such a price, I would expect of a higher quality in overall. We had dinner and breakfast there, the dinner was better, but breakfast not worth a try.

We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

New inn glouster well worth a stay exelant location for anything your trip entails u are only 10min walk from bus or train 10 min walk to rugby stadium right in the town cenrte for shops the pub its self is relaxing quirkey in caracter excelant choice of great food and wonerfuil staff 10 star

樓下酒吧 太吵了

It was nice experience staying at this hotel. We found the location perfect for our trip so that we can easily reach to the places we wanted to visit.

From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent facilities and the rooms were clean and tidy. Only stayed the 1 night but will definitely stay again

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days. The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.
