The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊

I couldn’t not fault the hotel, I amazing stay the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Hotel is right by central, easy access to pubs and restaurants.
The room was fabulous too OMG I didn’t wanted come home. :(
I had room service I had pasta bolognaise which was blinking lush I wanted another one.

Location is great. 5 minutes walk to train station. However, it was located near a bar which play non-stop music loudly till 3am. Great for fun but completely disaster for family. We stayed 2 nights there and couldn’t fall asleep because of the noisy!

Welcomed warmly by reception and efficiently checked in. Reception also helped us with directions for both the bay and the city centre. Good location to visit Wales Millenium Centre. Just a ten minute walk. Good breakfast which was regularly replenished and tables cleaned. The staff were very friendly

Well located, next to Cardiff Central train station close to everything. Not located in Cardiff centre but short walk only about 10mins or so. Super clean n comfy AC room. Clean n new towels. Shampoo, conditioner n body wash provided. A safe deposit box but without a mini fridge. spacious family room as per website pics. Located at G floor n have to go down n also climb a few stairs before reaching room.Laminated floor which is a plus point which is more hygienic. Toiletries provided upon requested. Friendly n helpful staff and able to assist more than expected. Truly Satisfied stay. Wil stay agsin in the future.

손녀를 Build-A-Bear로 데려가기 위해 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 환영받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 매우 깨끗했고 이코노미룸이 있었지만 꽤 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓어 경험 한 것 중 최고였습니다.

장점은 위치가 좋고 교통이 편리하고 안전하다는 점이지만 체크인 경험은 보통 수준입니다. 우선 동시에 건설된 다른 도시의 힐튼 시설보다 오래되었다는 점입니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 친구와 함께 아래층 프런트 바에 가서 뭔가를 샀는데 위층 방으로 올라갔을 때 전원이 켜지지 않는다고 프런트에 배터리에 대해 물어봤습니다. 문제. 밤 10시쯤부터 11시쯤 배터리 교체하는데 1시간 걸렸어요. 화장실의 온수와 냉수가 따로 나오네요. 더 이상 뜨거운 물이 아니고, 끓는 물이 나오네요. 평범한 뷔페인데 정말 맛도 없고 맛도 전혀 없어요.

괜찮은 호텔이었고, 기차역과 가까워서 숙박하기에 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 제 특별 요청을 배려해 조용한 객실을 예약해 줘서 정말 고마웠습니다.
아침 식사는 특별한 건 없었지만, 영국의 다른 호텔 조식과 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사 공간에서 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었고, 직원들이 항상 대기하고 있으며, 종종 최선을 다해 도와주려고 노력했습니다.
서비스는 10점 만점에 10점입니다.
객실 자체는 조금 오래되어서 손질이 필요했지만, 짧은 숙박에는 충분히 편안했습니다! 커피 머신도 있었습니다!

전문적이고 개성 넘치는 직원들과 함께 편안한 숙박을 즐겨보세요. 체크인부터 레스토랑/바 직원, 객실 직원까지 우리의 경험은 별 5개였습니다. 매우 유용한 위치에 있는 사랑스러운 호텔이었습니다. 객실에는 욕조부터 가운까지 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 갖추어져 있으며 모두 편안한 분위기를 제공합니다. 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 우리의 숙박을 너무나 사랑스럽게 해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely hotel conveniently located in the centre of Cardiff. Lovely spacious room with a huge bed which was so comfy - we slept so well. A/C in the room too.
Very enjoyable breakfast with plenty of food choices.
Would highly recommend this hotel .

After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century

AAniwithluiI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

Tthe travelling brummie내가 지금까지 가본 최고의 호텔 모든 직원은 낮 / 밤 매너가 좋았습니다. 리셉션에서 식사, 청소부에 이르기까지 모든 직원이 머무는 순간부터 승강기를 장애로 움직인 것처럼 평등하게 느끼게했습니다. 접근은 사용하기 쉬웠습니다. 바로 수하물에 도움이 되었습니다. 리셉션 주변에서 기다리지 않았습니다. 훌륭한 의사 소통이 정말 빨리 내 방 카드를 얻었습니다. 3개의 리프트 주위에 기다리지 않았으므로 바닥에 대한 충분한 액세스가 있었습니다. 내 방은 아름답고 넓고 쉬운 접근 전기 문이있는 빠른 카드 입구로 교환하고 문을 하나의 프레스 버튼으로 열립니다. 욕실을 빠져나갈 수 있습니다. 모든 장애인 접근 화장실 바가 있습니다. 팔이있는 샤워 좌석은 옆에서 옆으로 이동할 수있어 바닥 음식을 건조시키는 데 도움이됩니다. 아침 뷔페에서 놀랍습니다. 혼합 과일 주스를 시도해야합니다. 빨간색과 녹색 맛 폭발은 크루아상과 카푸치노로 훌륭한 영국식 튀김을 제공하며 나중에 요청하지 않고 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 예약 테이블이있었습니다. 아침 식사도 방으로 가져오고 싶다면 서비스를 도와주세요. 머무는 동안 성을 방문해야 하는 동안 훌륭한 관광객의 요구 사항에 대해 최고의 숙박을 위해 레오나르도 호텔에 머무를 것을 적극 권장합니다.

리리뷰어I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out.
However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them.
Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion.
Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.
