The Sanctuary Villa Battambang truly lives up to its name — a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. 🌿 The ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a restful getaway. We loved the cozy villa design and calm atmosphere throughout the property. What made the stay special was the amazing service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. 😊 The pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding, and we felt completely recharged after our stay. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to for some quiet downtime. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility.

호텔은 밖에서 보기에 정말 멋져 보입니다. 로비는 호화로워 보이고, 사실 객실보다 훨씬 더 멋집니다. 객실은 넓지만 완전히 불편합니다. 딱딱한 매트리스와 베개, 안락의자 쿠션은 매트리스보다 딱딱해서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 옷장 같은 가구는 없고, 벽과 마찬가지로 페인트가 부족해서 몹시 어두운 색 콘크리트로 만들어졌습니다. 객실은 상당히 깨끗했고 매일 청소를 원하는지 물었습니다. 수건만 갈아달라고 요청한 날에는 아무도 쓰레기를 비우지 않았습니다. 객실에는 멋진 작은 발코니가 있었지만, 밖에 앉을 가구가 없었고, 옷을 걸거나 수건을 말릴 수 있는 랙도 없었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗하게 유지되었지만 샤워 커튼은 형편없어서 건드릴 수 없었습니다. 우리는 퀸 사이즈 침대를 예약(하고 지불)했지만, 사전 통보도 없이, 변경에 대한 사과도 없이 트윈 침대를 받았습니다. 호텔 위치는 주요 도로를 따라 편리하게 위치하고 있으며, 도심과 아름다운 강에서 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 나는 누구에게도 추천하지 않을 것이다. 가격에 비해 너무 원시적이기 때문이다.

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔은 강 근처의 멋진 레스토랑에서 빠르게 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 책상, 냉장고, 5층에서 아름다운 전망을 즐길 수 있는 발코니가 있었습니다! 툭툭을 타고 대나무 기차나 박쥐 동굴까지 가는 것은 쉽습니다(꼭 방문할 가치가 있습니다). 책상에는 항상 누군가가 있었고 우리는 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 인터넷이 완벽하지 않았기 때문에 온라인 작업을 할 계획이라면 SIM 카드를 준비하는 것이 좋습니다. 추천합니다!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful, and very relaxing perfect for enjoying the day. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

The Ramchang Guest House... is a bit of a way outside the ”city.” Battambang feels like a large, overgrown village. The hotel itself reminded me of country guest houses in Mexico. The hotel is in the midst of rice-paddies. Easy to get to the town by TukTuk. The room was not large, but was comfortable. AC worked well. Comfortable beds, with good linens. The dining room serves delicious and affordable meals. They have a good laundry service. The sweet lady even ironed my clothes. (I haven't had an ironed shirt in over 20 years!) There is a swimming pool in the lush, tropical garden. Frangipani flowers under foot scented our meanders through the garden. Over-all a great place. Note: Very little English spoken.

This was a very pleasant stay, it's a well maintained guest house with large spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and sold water by the reception. It is located well in the town with plenty of access to cafes and restaurants. The pool is situated a short walk from the guest house which is a very lovely space to hang out and cool off. The bathroom functioned well with a good shower, however there was some mould on the ceiling. The room had yellow curtains which did allow for a fair amount of light through in the morning which some may find disturbing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony. Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle. I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down. The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

저녁 7시 바탐방에 도착해 백장미 디너를 즐긴 후 바로 호텔로 걸어갔다. 호텔의 입구 통로는 ”매우 특별하다”고 할 수 있습니다. 매달려있는 장식 스트립은 미국 공포 이야기의 느낌을줍니다. 프론트에 들어서면 시원한 형광등 색상. 웨이터와 웨이터의 미소에 '인육불고기 만두' 느낌이 들어서 나는 서둘러 방으로 들어갔다. 방의 면적은 정말 컸습니다. 빈 방 한가운데에 침대가 있었다. 사방에 창문이 있는 방은 사람들로 하여금 모든 것을 확인하지 않을 수 없게 만들었다. 창문, 심지어 침대 바닥까지...그리고 우리 둘은 그것을 치고 호텔을 직접 바꾸기로 결정했습니다! ! ! 이 작은 돈을 기꺼이 지출하려는 관광객은 다른 호텔을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다...
