나는 호텔에서 놀라운 숙박을했고 그 중 큰 부분은 직원 중 한 명인 Marian에게 감사했습니다. 그녀는 우리가 도착한 순간부터 믿을 수 없을 정도로 따뜻하고 환영했습니다. 그녀는 시간을 내어 체육관과 수영장에서 레스토랑과 아침 식사 공간에 이르기까지 모든 호텔 시설에 대한 자세한 소개를 제공했을 뿐만 아니라 호텔 위치에 대한 훌륭한 정보를 공유하여 인근 명소와 편리한 교통 옵션은 우리가 하루를 계획하는 데 정말 도움이 되었습니다.
이 경험을 더욱 특별하게 만든 것은 우리 그룹 구성원 중 한 명이 그날 생일을 축하하고 있다는 것입니다. Marian이 알게 되자 그녀는 기억에 남을 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다. 그녀의 교대 근무가 끝난 후에도 그녀는 샴페인 한 병과 진심 어린 생일 소원을 가지고 우리 방으로 돌아왔습니다. 우리가 진정으로 소중하고 보살핌을 받는다는 느낌을 주는 사려 깊은 제스처였습니다.

We had a lovely stay, we checked in late and that was no problem and on the last day they let us keep our luggage in locked storage whilst we enjoyed the beach. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was big and fresh, the toilet and shower was amazing, kettle and tv also there, lovely window to hear beach sounds at night. Perfect location. Cleaners very thorough, reception very friendly! Practically as coastal as you can get, less than a minute to get to the beach!

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

Camp de Mar는 조용한 장소이며 호텔은 마요르카 공항에서 A 11 버스로 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 구조는 새롭지는 않지만 잘 개조되었으며 무엇보다도 매우 깨끗합니다. 많은 호텔에서 사용하는 모든 것을 포함하는 방식은 확실히 식사의 질을 떨어뜨립니다. 하지만 아침에는 과일, 빵, 시리얼, 주스, 스무디 등 다양한 음식이 제공되었습니다.
점심과 저녁에는 좀 더 소심한 편인데, 어떤 사람들이 접시에 담아내는 것을 보면(과일, 고기, 디저트를 함께) 제공되는 음식의 다양성에 만족하는 것이 더 낫다고 생각합니다. 바다 옆의 데크체어 공간은 너무 아름답지만( :—)) 유료 데크체어 ) 경이롭습니다. 아주 넓은 방은 아니지만 우리 방은 정면 바다 전망을 가지고 있었고 동화 같은 느낌이었습니다. 매우 쾌적한 침대 린넨과 꿈의 매트리스(깨어났을 때 허리 통증이 없음) 체육관은 하얏트 수준에 미치지 못합니다.

청소부가 매일 새 타월을 갈아주지 않아서 불만이에요. 매일 clran의 sanepid로 갈아줘야 해요. 호텔 내부는 멋지고 서비스도 좋아요. 위치가 아름다운 해변 근처에 있어요.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

리리뷰어El servicio excelente, igual que las instalaciones. Además te dan la posibilidad, el dia que te vas, de pasar todo el dia en el hotel y ducharte antes de irte (te facilitan toallas, champú...).
La ubicación es buena, no es el centro de ibiza pero está muy cerca de cala gracioneta y cala saladeta, de supermercados y de todo tipo de servicios.

SSHUK LIN위치는 매우 편리합니다. 문앞에 버스 정류장이 있고 공항까지 가는 버스도 있습니다. 그러나 버스에 큰 짐을 가지고 다니는 것은 권장되지 않으며 택시를 예약하는 것이 더 빠릅니다. . 방의 크기가 적당하고 문이 바다 전망을 향하고 있으며 보일러가 없으며 모든 것이 스스로 이루어집니다. 11월의 날씨는 호텔 에어컨이 꺼진 상태인데, 에어컨을 켜면 항상 따뜻해서 첫날 밤에는 너무 더웠어요. 에어컨을 끄고 자려고 창문을 열었는데 모기가 많았어요. 밤새도록 모기를 죽이더라구요. 모기장도 있었는데 문 열자마자 모기도 들어갈 수 있으니까요. 테라스를 이용하지 않고 바다 전망을 볼 수 없습니다. 간판은 매일 청소하지만 진공청소기는 바닥에 있는 종이 타월을 잔뜩 쓸 수밖에 없었습니다. . . 아침식사로 먹을 수 있는 음식도 종류가 많고 매일 똑같은 것들은 냉동햄, 소시지, 빵 등이 있고 오믈렛도 있지만 오랫동안 줄을 서야 하기 때문에 스크램블 에그를 사려고 줄을 설 필요는 없을 것이다. 다음날은 화이트와인으로 굿👍🏻 딸아이가 햄과 빵을 안좋아해서 매일아침에 먹을게 없었어요. 어느 날 저녁을 먹으러 갔는데 다양한 해산물이 있어서 직원에게 매일 밤에도 가능하냐고 물었더니 아쉽게도 두 번째 밤에는 추가 비용을 내고 먹어야만 하더군요. 구운 오징어는 기다림이 오래 걸렸습니다. 가격은 20유로로 가격이 나쁘지 않았습니다. 마치 Ming이 주문하길 원하는 것과 같습니다. 마시다! 실내 수영장은 매우 얇습니다. 밤늦게 가고 싶다면 7-8 명이 있고 더 이상 물에 들어갈 수 없습니다. . . 하지만 전반적인 호텔은 좋고 웨이터도 매우 친절하며 거의 매일 버스에서 티켓을 교환해야하며 모두 매우 친절합니다👍🏻👍🏻
