Our stay was pleasant, and the room looked recently renovated. However, the room lacked certain amenities, such as a kettle, which I feel is quite standard in most hotel rooms. Most of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. However, we had an issue with one man from the bar below (which is attached to the hotel). He insisted on charging us for hot water for some instant noodles, even though the receptionist had already told us it would be free. It seemed to be just him, though, as all the other staff were very welcoming. The included breakfast had a great selection, and we were really satisfied with it. Overall, it was a great deal for the price, and we’re happy with our stay.

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

The rooms are great, spacious, and clean. Its only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the streets are bustling with music, bars, and restaurants. The bathrooms are amazing, well lit, and comfortable. Breakfast was banging! And the dark hot chocolate, AMAZING, even though it was from the machine. Their breakfast spread is varied, with vegetarian and halal options. They've got a balcony for you to chill and a pool. Its budget friendly and definitely worth it. My friend and I had a great stay. The staff were so sweet and kind as well

Amazing rooftop infinity pool with a great view. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Alessandro. The room was great and spacious. We will definitely be back when we return to Mallorca. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place, good vibes, helpful staff, tasty breakfast.. over all a great experience. Will definitely come back and highly recommended to everyone looking for classy and budget friendly options at the same time

5성급 호텔에서 그런 용납할 수 없는 일이 일어날 수 있다는 사실에 충격을 받았습니다. 숙박 중 매우 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 오전 9시 30분쯤, 호텔 직원 누군가가 사전 통지나 허락, 요청 없이 현관문과 침실 문을 모두 열어젖혔습니다. 저희는 아직 자고 있었습니다. 하우스키핑을 요청하지도 않았고, 하우스키핑을 요청하라는 안내판도 없었습니다. 이는 심각한 사생활 침해였으며, 저희는 안전하지 못하고 존중받지 못하는 기분을 느꼈습니다. 이러한 행동은 어떤 숙박 시설에서도, 특히 서비스드 아파트에서는 절대 용납할 수 없는 비전문적인 행동입니다.

The hotel is nice, service is so friendly, the room is clean. We were on 4th floor, the view was really good. Breakfast was ok, not much variation though. It’s a bit far from Palma city center, bus number 4 always crowded. But it’s close to the bus station and the beach. Overall. Really good experience.
