서비스: 여러 날 연속으로 투숙하는 경우, 매일 객실 청소 서비스가 제공되지 않으며 생수 제공도 제때 이루어지지 않습니다. 전반적으로 서비스는 만족스러운 편입니다. 환경: 비교적 출입이 통제된 단지 내에 위치하여 매우 조용합니다.

4박을 묵었는데, 마지막 밤에 달리기 시합 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 못 잔 것 외에는(호텔에서 미리 알려주긴 했지만) 모든 것이 기대 이상이었습니다. 호텔의 서비스와 시설 모두 훌륭했고, 아침 식사도 매우 다양하고 풍성했으며, 레스토랑 직원들도 친절하고 세심했습니다. 호텔은 MOA에서 도보 3분, SM 컨벤션 센터에서 약 10분, 해변 산책로에서도 3분 거리에 있습니다. 다음에 또 Lanson 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

글쎄요, 도착한 순간부터 감명을 받았습니다. 위치가 완벽했고, 모든 주요 명소에서 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 저희 객실은 4명이 머물기에 넓었고, 편안한 침대와 멋진 전망이 있었습니다. 욕실은 현대적이고 깨끗했습니다. 저희는 분명히 다시 방문할 것이고, 분명히 추천할 것입니다!

The place was nice. Only the towels were not good. And pillow cases were worn out. But the staff was accomodating though.

정말 오래된 곳이지만 위치는 괜찮습니다. 아쉽게도 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않고 수동으로 작동했습니다 (효율적으로는 좋았지만 오르내리는 속도가 꽤 느렸습니다). 가장 높은 층에서 창문을 열고 아래를 내려다보는 건 꽤 위험해 보였습니다. 특히 아이들이 있다면 더욱 그렇습니다 (아이를 데리고 온 사람들은 이런 방을 쓰지 않는 것 같습니다). 욕실에서 변기에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 났습니다. 침대도 좋았고 샤워 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 에어컨도 좋았습니다. 2000페소의 보증금은 너무 높고 불필요한 것 같습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
