Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

보고타의 멋진 지역에 있는 아주 멋진 단기 아파트로 도보 거리에 놀라운 레스토랑과 카페가 많이 있습니다. 그리고 밤문화를 좋아한다면 Chapinero 근처에 많은 곳이 있습니다. 주방에는 직접 식사를 요리하고 싶다면 필요한 모든 요리와 가전 제품이 제공됩니다. 방은 아름답고 편안했으며 멋진 도시 전망을 제공했습니다. 그러나 욕실은 매우 작고 비좁고 세면대에 누수가 있었고 긴 샤워를 하면 샤워가 욕실 바닥으로 넘칩니다. 숙박 시설과 서비스는이 지역의 다른 일부에 비해 얻는 것에 비해 약간 비쌉니다.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Room was clean and comfortable. Several bathrooms and showers are in the hotel which is convenient. Cooking area was simple but had everything we needed (microwave, stove, plates, bowls, etc). Located next to a nice coffee shop which is good for working or relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied for the price we paid.

Owner was very helpful in organising late checkin for us. I was originally a but unsure of the area but it turned out okay, just a bit of noise from the street at night, however very close to the airport cost about 20,000 in an Uber. Room was clean and had everything!

酒店再他們的safe zone， 旁邊有個小公園晚上很安全，留下有麥當勞和海鮮餐廳（有點小貴），酒店房間挺好的，有個很好的陽台（抽煙的人會非常方便），就是房間的礦泉水有點少，衹有咖啡機沒有熱水壺，但是lobby那裡有咖啡和水供應，商務區也帶陽台很方便，早餐也豐盛…迄今為止波哥大住過的最好的NH系酒店，可以媲美5星級…去哪Uber也方便，下次還會選這家

The place is a grey, dull matchbox. Security staff were unkind or plainly rude. Breakfast options were very limited, as were the portions. Would not recommend.
