What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. 에이전트와 약간의 잘못된 의사 소통을 시작했습니다. 그러나 체크인 당일 오후 2시까지 모든 것이 정리되었습니다. 실제 체크인 시간 오후 3시 이전에 집에 들어가야 하거나 들어가야 하는 것이 두려웠다고 생각합니다. 그러나 우리가 오후 6시까지만 도착했을 때 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 집은 사진에서 본 것과 똑같습니다. 너희는 다음과 같은 결함들을 가지고 있느뇨 1) 세탁기가 매우 더럽고 배관이 뒤뜰의 햇빛에서 이미 마모되었습니다. 2) 여과된 냉온수 없음. 뜨거운 음료를 마시고 싶다면 뜨거운 물을 끓여야 합니다. 3) 마스터 침실 화장실, 샤워 배수가 막혔습니다. 물이 빨리 배수되지 않습니다. 물론 체크인 시 1일차에 이미 에이전트에게 피드백을 받았습니다. 다음 그룹 도착이 시설을 더 잘 즐길 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그러나 ... 우리는 수영장 테이블, 마작 모임 (그러나 주사위 🎲 없음) 🤣, 노래방 🎤 세트를 즐겼습니다 (그러나 마이크는 약간 마모되었습니다) 그리고 우리 6명(가족 3명)이 어울리고 담소를 나눌 수 있는 거대한 공간

I really enjoyed my stay at Tambuna Retreat. The room was super spacious, beautifully designed and modern, with a comfortable layout that made the stay feel very relaxing. I especially loved the private back balcony, which was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery. The hotel also feels very private and exclusive, as there aren’t many rooms, making the overall atmosphere quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights is definitely the beautiful mountain and hill views around Tambun, which give the place a serene, nature-filled feel. Overall, a lovely retreat if you’re looking for a spacious, modern and peaceful stay surrounded by nature. Definitely a place I would consider coming back to.

Amazing property with great amenities provided beyond expectations like Conway water filters hot & cold. Karaoke, game machine, lots of activities for family bonding. Towel supply is great too, what needed improvement, it’s a huge villa, so 2 person to clean is definitely not sufficient to enable us to check in at 3pm. Also pls ensure water heater is in working condition in every single bathroom for guests stay. This had inconvenienced us. Thank you.

Great stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained! The location was convenient too. Perfect for a group stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others. The host was also very responsive. The instructions provided were clear and precise, making the check-in and our stay smooth and hassle-free.

Room alot of ant 🐜 Floor alot of hair When reach can’t check in call many times on wsap nobody answer at last after half an hour finally hv someone answer call…9pm nite only received email to check in password to get d key 😅

The host was very proactive and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The house is spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is located 20 mins drive away from busy city, the property is gated ans guarded, clean and full of amenities. The staff of property are nice, polite and helpful.

Kami sekeluarga seronok dan enjoy stay di sini. saya tanya kepada semua family member, semua kata ok and seronok duduk di sini. Staff pun very friendly & memberi kerjasama yang baik. rumah bersih, selesa & sesuai untuk aktiviti keluarga. Rumah pun berdekatan dengan kemudahan seperti kedai makan, supermarket & berdekatan dengan jalan besar so mmg senang dan bnyk kemudahan. Keluasan mmg besar dan selesa. Hanya 1 jelah yg x brp best sbb bilik di luar tidak dilengkapi dengan toilet so kenalah masuk ke rumah. mmg lecehlah mcm saya ni yg selalu bangun malam untuk ke bilik air. Kolam renang pun bersih je sbb dah set pump utk pembersihan kolam... mmg bagus so nak berenang pun selesa lah
