Beautiful place, very very good value. Nice location in batu ferringhi, big comfortable bed, no issues checking in. Only small problem was getting the hot water shower working at first, but very good value for money

The location is very good which walking distance to more than 5 restaurants and MCD just right beside the hotel. The room was spacious .The only thing u satisfied us were our room have ants once we put food on the table😮💨

We had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily. The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon. Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!

깨끗하고 새로운 속성. 배수 막힘, 헤어 드라이어 및 도어 잠금 문제와 같은 많은 사소한 문제를 발견했습니다. 주인은 즉시 응답하고 늦은 밤에도 확인하도록 사람들을 보냈습니다. 좋은 서비스! 티슈와 같은 편의 시설이 더 많으면 리필용 비닐 봉지가 훨씬 더 높이 평가됩니다.

사진과 실물이 다릅니다. 사실 앞줄에 있는 2층짜리 B&B인데, 고층 호텔이 아닙니다. 호텔 위치도 정확하지 않았습니다. 호텔을 찾느라 한참을 헤맸는데, 호텔 측에서 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 결국 씨트립 고객센터에 연락해서 문제를 해결했습니다.
