MMadhusha Mendis우리는 최근에 W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya에 B & B 기준으로 머물렀고 전반적으로 매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다.
우리는 가장 큰 발코니가 있는 가장 중심적인 객실 중 하나를 받았으며 아름다운 전망을 제공합니다. 확실히 우리 숙박의 하이라이트입니다. 방은 넓고 매우 깨끗하며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 차와 커피 메이커를 사용할 수 있습니다. 내부는 고급스럽고 아늑하며 전체 재산이 잘 관리되어 있습니다.
화장실은 꽤 크고 기본적인 편의 시설이 제공되었으며 WhatsApp을 통해 추가 항목을 요청할 수 있다고 언급했습니다. 그러나 치과 키트를 두 번 요청하고 후속 조치도 두 번했지만 불행히도 배달되지 않았습니다.
체크인은 부드럽고 빠르며 친절하고 도움이되는 보안 담당자가 편리하게 주차 할 수 있습니다. 작은 잔디밭도 잘 관리되어 숙소의 매력을 더해줍니다.
그들의 사전 주문 식사 시스템은 매우 효율적이며 저녁 식사는 오후 6시 이전에 주문해야 하고 전날 밤 10시 이전에 아침 식사를 주문해야 합니다. 음식은 맛있었고 우리는 특히 잘 준비된 영국식 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다.
직원들은 일반적으로 세심하고 도움이되었으며 숙박에 긍정적으로 기여했습니다. 그러나 체크인시 웰컴 드링크를 보는 것이 좋을 것이며, 결혼 기념일을 축하하고 있었기 때문에 케이크나 간단한 장식과 같은 작은 제스처가 더 특별했을 것입니다. 또한 주방과 로비에서 약간의 소음이 들릴 수 있기 때문에 객실은 방음이 잘 되지 않습니다.
전반적으로 Nuwara Eliya의 아름답고 편안한 숙박 시설로 편안한 휴가를 보내기에 이상적입니다. 세부 사항에 대한 관심의 몇 가지 개선으로 경험이 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 🌿✨

Vviola-tian이른 출발이라 아침식사는 샌드위치, 계란, 바나나(이미 신선하지 않음)로 꽉 차있었지만 이른 웨이터가 차를 주었다. 저녁 식사도 이 식사에 $15이며, 스타터, 메인 코스, 아이스크림만 제공됩니다. 전체적으로 방이 4개 밖에 없는 것 같습니다. 아침에 걸을 때 나는 아침을 만들고 있는 우리 아이가 거실 바닥에서 잠을 자고 있는 것을 보았다. 여기 사람들의 상태에는 여전히 차이가 있습니다.

MMelani하룻밤만 묵었는데, 예상대로 차밭에 있는 위치가 정말 아름다웠습니다. 호수까지 걸어갔는데, 호스트가 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 애프터눈 티를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음 날 아침 버스 타는 것도 도와주셨어요! 서비스도 완벽해서 다시 오고 싶을 정도였어요! 모든 도움에 감사드립니다!

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows or balconies that let you soak in the serene surroundings. The beds are comfortable, and the overall ambiance feels homely yet refined. While the property is generally well-maintained, a few minor maintenance touches could make it even better.
One of the highlights is the service — the staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is hearty and flavorful, often featuring fresh local produce, and dining on the terrace with a view is a treat in itself

리리뷰어The hotel is hidden away in the mountains outside Kandy, a great spot to relax and unwind. It is about 45 minutes out of central Kandy and 20 minutes to the botanical gardens but the hotel will helpfully arrange transport if you decide to head into town. The view from the hotel is one of the best I have ever seen and sitting, relaxing in the beautiful grounds was one of the highlights of our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel food is also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious curries available. All of the staff are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming, they went out of their way to make sure we had a good time They also have a very affectionate dog, which was a huge win!

welcomed with fantastic passion fruit juice.
We came after dark & only requested simple
white rice & fried vegetable but the chef
and her staff made an amazing dinner with
simple vegetable & rice.
I realized how food prepared with heart
can heal our soul.
I was kept thinking if people in the world
could eat this kind of food with real
soul in it, could heal the whole world!!
It is so amazing to be
surrounded by
beautiful trees
&sounds of animals.
I will definitely come back again. O

리리뷰어We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganthera and the staff were friendly however the room itself could have been improved. For example, there was distinct black marks on the walls and some mould in the bathroom but we understand the climate is humid (also some dead bugs). Bed area was clean and satisfactory and we slept well.
The front door is locked at night so beware if needing to leave early - staff are not attentive to this.
Whilst we did not use the pool area, the view was nice and pool looked good. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably not come back.

리리뷰어One of the most amazing properties i have stayed at. Both Bandhara and Madu, the butler and chef, were amazing. They were attentive, responsive and spot on..great work guys..very impressed.
The property does full justice to the $. The location, the chants from the Buddhist temple in the valley create the utmost serene atmosphere. Every amenity is top end and every detail looked after. Will visit again for sure and will highly recommend..cheers

Kandy와 Ella 사이의 기차 연결이 아직 작동하지 않기 때문에(2026년 2월 말) 12월 25일의 치명적인 사이클론으로 인해 호스트에게 운전을 요청하는 것을 고려할 수 있습니다. 버스를 3번 갈아타는 것보다 덜 스트레스가 있을 수 있습니다.
