This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

저는 이곳에서 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 아파트는 넓고 현대적이며 새것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 모든 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 체크인 한 시간 전에 예약했기 때문에 출입 코드를 받기 위해 회사에 연락하는 동안 약간의 지연이 있었습니다. 조금 불편했지만, 하루 전에 도착하거나 미리 예약한다면 훨씬 수월할 것입니다. 다만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 베개가 너무 높고 불편해서 숙면을 취하기 어려웠습니다. 조명 일부가 제대로 작동하지 않았고, 두 욕실 배수구 모두 문제가 있었습니다. 마지막 날 밤에는 배수구에서 심한 악취가 났습니다. 위치도 고려해야 할 사항입니다. 시내 중심가에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있고, 주변 동네는 개발이 덜 된 듯한 현지 분위기가 느껴집니다. 좀 더 정겨운 주거 지역을 원한다면 장점이 될 수도 있겠지만, 근처에 괜찮은 레스토랑이나 관광 명소가 많지 않습니다. 우리는 이동 수단으로 택시에 의존해야 했기 때문에, 도시를 쉽게 둘러보고 싶다면 그다지 편리한 곳은 아닙니다.

Location, location, location! Athena Color Cube apartments are located on the 4th floor and the building is only within a 5-min walk to Monastiraski metro station which has direct service to the airport. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the vicinity is vibrant all the times. There is no receptionist and all communication is done via the chat window. The operator is always prompt to reply to our questions and is very friendly. As to the Climate Resilience Tax which is €8 per night, we ended up handing to the room cleaning lady up on our check-out. The apartment we stayed (Aqua) is very spacious with a mini kitchen. And most importantly, it's spotlessly clean! I walked with bare feet and didn't feel any dust at all. Having the convience of a luggage storage room on the same floor, it is definitely an extra perk. Nevertheless, there are some draw backs: (1) There isn't any shower cubical door in the toilet so after shower, the floor will be all wet and slippery. We have to wipe it dry after use. (2) It takes at least 20 mins to heat up the ”water boiler”, and is only good for one person (one 15-20min shower). On the first night, we didn't know we have to press it on again for reheating after the first person has finished using, so the water was very cold when it comes to the second person's turn. On the second night, we knew the trick already and were all good to enjoy hot water throughout. (3) There are steps from the sofa area to the bed and to the kitchen/toilet. One has to be extra cautious particularly if going to the toilet in the middle of the night is needed. Overall, we recommend this lovely apartment.

The air conditioning was fantastic, and the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Bright, Clean & Inviting You can instantly tell how much care goes into maintaining this home. The space feels open, airy, and immaculate. It was an absolute luxury to come back to such a polished, calming space after immersing ourselves in the sights of Athens. If you are looking for a stylish, spotless, and perfectly located base for your time in Athens, look no further. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit! Highly recommended!

The location of this property is excellent, very close to the metro station and within easy walking distance of many major attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with most of the amenities I needed during my stay.

이 호텔은 시내에 위치해 있고, M2 노선에서 매우 가까워서 도보로 4~5분 거리에 있습니다. 최근에 리모델링한 것 같고, 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 커피 머신까지요. 처음에 문과 와이파이 비밀번호를 틀렸는데, 호스트가 바로 와서 도와주셨습니다. 방은 제가 원하는 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면, 방에 너무 강한 아로마테라피 향이 납니다...

Olympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer. There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother. The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited. Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.
