PPrag우선, 아파트의 3 층에는 약 10 개의 객실이 있으며 위치가 우수하고 교통이 편리하며 주변 환경이 좋습니다. 우리 방도 매우 큽니다. 직원들은 환영합니다.

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

MMaosha저는 이곳에서 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 아파트는 넓고 현대적이며 새것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 모든 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 체크인 한 시간 전에 예약했기 때문에 출입 코드를 받기 위해 회사에 연락하는 동안 약간의 지연이 있었습니다. 조금 불편했지만, 하루 전에 도착하거나 미리 예약한다면 훨씬 수월할 것입니다.
다만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 베개가 너무 높고 불편해서 숙면을 취하기 어려웠습니다. 조명 일부가 제대로 작동하지 않았고, 두 욕실 배수구 모두 문제가 있었습니다. 마지막 날 밤에는 배수구에서 심한 악취가 났습니다.
위치도 고려해야 할 사항입니다. 시내 중심가에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있고, 주변 동네는 개발이 덜 된 듯한 현지 분위기가 느껴집니다. 좀 더 정겨운 주거 지역을 원한다면 장점이 될 수도 있겠지만, 근처에 괜찮은 레스토랑이나 관광 명소가 많지 않습니다. 우리는 이동 수단으로 택시에 의존해야 했기 때문에, 도시를 쉽게 둘러보고 싶다면 그다지 편리한 곳은 아닙니다.

리리뷰어Location, location, location! Athena Color Cube apartments are located on the 4th floor and the building is only within a 5-min walk to Monastiraski metro station which has direct service to the airport. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the vicinity is vibrant all the times. There is no receptionist and all communication is done via the chat window. The operator is always prompt to reply to our questions and is very friendly. As to the Climate Resilience Tax which is €8 per night, we ended up handing to the room cleaning lady up on our check-out.
The apartment we stayed (Aqua) is very spacious with a mini kitchen. And most importantly, it's spotlessly clean! I walked with bare feet and didn't feel any dust at all.
Having the convience of a luggage storage room on the same floor, it is definitely an extra perk.
Nevertheless, there are some draw backs:
(1) There isn't any shower cubical door in the toilet so after shower, the floor will be all wet and slippery. We have to wipe it dry after use.
(2) It takes at least 20 mins to heat up the ”water boiler”, and is only good for one person (one 15-20min shower). On the first night, we didn't know we have to press it on again for reheating after the first person has finished using, so the water was very cold when it comes to the second person's turn. On the second night, we knew the trick already and were all good to enjoy hot water throughout.
(3) There are steps from the sofa area to the bed and to the kitchen/toilet. One has to be extra cautious particularly if going to the toilet in the middle of the night is needed.
Overall, we recommend this lovely apartment.

SShoot the moon매우 깨끗하고 좋은 시설이에요. 저렴한 가격에 대비해서 이렇게 좋은 시설에서 머물수 있다니 매우 좋았습니다. 시내에서 약 10분 정도 지하철을 타고 이동해야해요. 그러나 이렇게 깨끗하고 좋은 시설에서 머물 수 있다면 전혀 문제되지 않을 것 같습니다. 관리인이 계속해서 연락해주시고 필요가 있는지 확인햐주십니다. 아침 일찍 공항에 가야했는데 픽업차량을 준비해주셔서 편하게 왔습니다.

CCFDOlympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus.
The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer.
There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother.
The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited.
Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.

리리뷰어B48 다프니를 강력 추천합니다. 시내 중심에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 아크로폴리스까지 차로 20분이면 갈 수 있어 전혀 문제없습니다. 미니멀한 디자인에 아파트는 매우 깨끗하며 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다 (조리 도구, 헤어드라이어, 청소 도구, 심지어 작은 금고까지). 근처에 상점과 카페도 있습니다.
몇 가지 알아둘 점이 있습니다. 발코니에서 로맨틱한 아침 식사를 기대하신다면, 아파트 바로 앞에 도시 전체를 가로지르는 매우 번잡한 고속도로가 있어 냄새, 먼지, 그리고 간간이 들리는 차량 소음 때문에 어려울 수 있습니다. 창문을 닫으면 방 안 소음은 괜찮고, 혹시 모를 상황에 대비해 귀마개도 제공됩니다.
세탁기가 없다는 점도 참고하세요. 저는 10일 동안 머물렀는데, 가장 가까운 세탁소까지 차로 20분이나 가야 해서 빨래하는 데 시간이 꽤 걸렸습니다.
그리고 아파트들이 호텔 객실처럼 아주 가까이 붙어 있다는 점도 알아두세요. 이웃이 너무 시끄러워서 어쩔 도리가 없었어요. ㅎㅎ :) 귀마개가 도움이 되긴 했지만요.
그 외에는 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈어요. 침대도 정말 편하고, 청소 직원분들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐어요 (리셉션이 없어서 직접 질문에 답해주시는 분들은 청소 직원분들뿐이더라고요).
가격 대비 정말 만족스러웠고, 아늑하면서도 너무 비싸지 않은 곳을 찾으신다면 강력 추천합니다.

리리뷰어The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and located in an excellent, walkable area of Koukaki. Overall, the quality of the flat itself was very high, and we enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in two hours earlier than the official time, which was extremely helpful after an early flight.
A few aspects of communication and practical arrangements could be improved to make the experience more seamless. After booking, an additional online check-in was requested by a management agency, but the webpage was not working properly and caused some unnecessary stress, as it was unclear whether this might affect access to the property. Clear reassurance in such cases would be very helpful.
It would also be good to clarify in the listing that the bedroom and living room are essentially open-plan, without a separating door, as this affects privacy and noise, especially for families. Additionally, the hot water system did not always provide enough hot water for more than one shower in a row.
Finally, clearer instructions and more consistent communication regarding the safe and key return process would reduce anxiety for guests.
Despite these points, the apartment itself is of excellent quality, and with improved communication, the overall experience could be outstanding
