'這家酒店交通很方便，出門就有公交站，去哪兒都順路。房間很安靜，晚上完全不會被吵醒，特別適合休息。環境也很好，窗外綠植多，空氣清新，住着很舒服。床和浴缸都很乾凈，整體感覺很放鬆，下次還會再來 🌿🛏️✨✨'

'로마에서 이 호텔에 3박을 묵었습니다. 숙소는 편리한 위치에 있고, 길 건너편에 71번 버스가 있습니다. 이 버스는 로마의 주요 노선으로 여러 주요 지역으로 가는 것 같습니다. 492번 버스도 근처에 있으니 이 두 버스를 이용하면 로마 곳곳을 쉽게 돌아다닐 수 있을 것입니다. 호텔 분위기는 좋았고, 체크인할 때 정말 감동했습니다. 하지만 며칠 묵어보니 몇 가지 단점이 발견되었는데, 하룻밤 묵기에 더 적합할 것 같았습니다. 둘째 날 방은 시트만 청소되어 있었고, 전날 샤워 후 바닥에 놓아둔 수건은 교체하지 않고 그냥 걸어두었습니다. 처음에는 눈치채지 못하고 계속 닦았는데, 셋째 날 밤에 더러워진 것을 발견했습니다. 외출 후 돌아오면 방은 항상 화장실 냄새로 가득했습니다. 방음이 잘 안 됐어요. 새벽 버스를 타려고 새벽에 짐을 싸는 손님들이 많아서 소음이 좀 커서 잠을 잘 못 잤어요. 숙소에는 커피 머신과 과일(신선하지는 않지만)이 있는 공용 주방이 있어요. 첫날에는 생수가 제공되었지만 둘째 날에는 제공되지 않았어요. 숙소 바로 옆에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 쇼핑하기 정말 편리했어요. 길 건너편에는 작은 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 정말 편리했어요! 숙소는 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 서비스를 제공합니다.'

'Had a great stay at the hotel. Ana (the receptionist) provided excellent service even before we arrived, by getting in contact with us via whatsapp making sure we get there without any troubles. The hotel is located at a centrally great location. Would stay here again.'

'Fantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer. But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here. What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella. Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc. But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry! Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.'
