Please note: no lift. Note: restaurants on the ground floor of the residence. Access to the villa via a few steps. 2-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor, north-west facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. Kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm, no lift.

Shop, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Eglise" 700 m, thermal baths "Thalasso de Deauville" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 12 km. 4-room villa 110 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and separate WC.
