휘트비 빌라

YHA Whitby's location is stunning - right by the 199 steps, St Mary's Church, the Abbey and with beautiful views across the river and town. It's a beautiful historic building with an absolutely lovely private garden. The table football was also much enjoyed! Abbey entry is free for hostel guests which was a bonus. However, it feels like it is coasting on its location and exterior, and was a disappointment compared with other YHA hostels. Firstly check-in is 3-10pm, despite the YHA website saying it's 24hrs (hopefully they will update this). There's also not a 24hr reception, again contrary to the YHA website. There's a sign directing you to the cafe out of these hours, but it was a big contrast to other hostels where there's usually someone around to ask for info, provide key for the luggage room, answer qs and deal with any issues even if you can't check in yet. Definitely not a warm welcome. The room was decent but the shower leaked all over the floor - a sign said to leave the showerhead pointing down to avoid floods, but the bath tap stuck out so much this meant you couldn't get under it and the mixer tap was awkward. I doubt that any of the management have tried showering in it. The bathroom is looking tired. No binliners in bins, and no storage in rooms either (they have changed completely from the TripAdvisor photos which are from 2016!!) Loud music from the kitchen underneath us at 730am on Monday morning. Overall, the hostel could do with some TLC - and will need it if features like the beautiful conservatory, where grass is now growing through the glass panes, are to last. The cafe is haphazard and the breakfasts a shambles - no trays, cutlery running out, coffee running out, juice running out (and not being speedily replaced as happens elsewhere), bits being left off the toast machine so the toast falls on the floor, etc. They seemed to only cook 4 eggs at a time and have no queuing system so we had to wait a long while for cooked breakfasts while others came straight in and were served immediately. Some staff were friendly but others were completely uninterested. We wanted to mention these issues quietly to reception as we left, but guess what... shutters up again and no one around.

우리는 좋은 날씨를 최대한 활용하기 위해 Whitby에 마지막 순간 여행을하기로 결정했습니다. 우리는 Booking.com에 헤이븐스 크레스트를 발견했고 우리는 우리가 한 것을 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다! B&B는 조용한 거리에 위치하고 있으며 매우 평화 롭고 우리가 머물렀던 방은 큰 크기와 흠이없는 깨끗했습니다. 주인과 직원도 사랑스럽고 친절했습니다. 아침 식사에는 좋은 선택도있었습니다. 우리는 곧 다시 머물기를 고대합니다.

Fantastic, homely dog friendly hotel in a lovely location in the North Yorks Moors, was perfect for us and our 2 old dogs, the only thing we were disappointed with was the bathroom and that's what stops this being a 5 star review. We arrived and were greeted by the staff and shown to our room on the top floor, after we unpacked and got settled my wife thought she heard running water so went to see if a tap had been left running, we soon discovered the shower head was on the shower cubicle floor, we picked it up and noticed it was dripping, not just a little drip but it was actually coming out as though the shower was turned on low, after trying to turn it off unsuccessfully i went to notify the staff, they knew about it and told us that's why it was placed on the floor, we asked for it to be fixed as we didn't want it dripping in the night and disturbing us, it was then ignored and we just learnt to angle it so the water went down the plug, obviously we were a bit concerned by water being wasted like this and looking at reviews it was mentioned back in June 2023!!, surely a cheap, easy fix to do? The bin in the bathroom was also very rusty, the toilet seat was chipped, the paintwork was flaking and chipped and there was black mould all over the walls, again all of these would be relatively easy to fix and would improve the only negative about the whole place we found. The room itself was well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, drawers at both sides of the bed and a large wardrobe, ample storage room. Also a lovely touch with the cheese/bread and cakes left in the room. Upon entering the room there were dog bowls and dog blankets laid out as well as a jar of dog treats too, we had brought all our on stuff but were delighted to see that kind of effort to make pets welcome, a massive plus for us. Breakfast was lovely too, including sausages for the dogs. help yourself continental then a cooked menu to choose from, again very satisfactory to us both. Breakfast is only served 8-9 so if your a late riser you'll miss out!. The grounds were perfect too, a lovely raised beer garden area for walking the dogs as well as a smaller beer garden to the side, chickens and roosters wandering freely, we loved that. The bar area had a roaring fire and was a nice area to relax with a drink too, all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. All in all an almost perfect stay, we will recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here in the future as it ticked all our boxes but as i say the bathroom really let it down. 우리는 약간의 맥주와 먹을 것을 위해 들렀다. 피쉬 앤 칩스는 Whitby보다 우리가 가진 것 중 최고입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 Guiness는 가능한 한 좋았습니다. 힘든 아침 산책 후 사랑스럽고 따뜻합니다. 전반적으로 정말 좋은 시간입니다. 돌아올게요

숙박 날짜 21/22nd 2022 년 9 월 .... 방 307. 첫인상에 좋은 위치에 입구의 더러운 단계에 접근하는 데는 좋은 청결이 필요하며 리셉션의 벨벳 세트에 대한 팔은 손에서 먼지로 빛납니다. 직원에서 예약은 lovely했다. 그러나 리프트는 질서가 없었다. 그리고 우리는 3 층에 있었다 나는 천식에 나의 이웃이 걷는 문제에있다, 우리는 바다 전망이있는 방이있다, 리프트가 질서가 없기 때문에 우리는 2 층 방을 제공 받았다 우리는 방을 보았다, 우리는 방의 냄새 때문에 거절 했으므로 원래 3 층 방과 싸우고 있습니다. 매우 크지 만 환영하지 않습니다.우리가 창문에서 제대로 볼 수 있다면보기도 좋았을 것입니다. 또한 창은 프레임 에 못 박혔습니다. 필요한 경우 화재 탈출이 없었습니다. 천장 모서리에있을뿐만 아니라 벽 아래에 거미줄이 왔습니다. 벽 조명은 먼지로 내부가 너무 더러워서 빛을주지 않았습니다. 머리 보드는 먼지로 두껍고 침대 옆 테이블은 다리에 두꺼운 먼지 보드 같은, 그런 다음 당신이 목욕탕에서 안전을 위해 서있는 샤워 매트가 내가 그것을 집어 들었을 때 너무 순위가 높았다. 나는 그것이 쓰레기와 검은 곰팡이로 검은 색이었다. 청소 된 지 얼마나 오래되었는지조차 짐작할 수 없습니다. 분명히 우리는 관리자에게 전화를 걸었습니다. 그는 매우 사과하고 다른 방을 제공했습니다. 우리는 이미 다른 방을 보았고 우리가 외출하는 동안 우리 방을 청소하도록 제안 한 것은 행복하지 않았습니다. 불행히도 그가 방에 가야하는 사람 목욕 매트를 바꾸고 방을 멋지게 만들 수있는 것을 뿌렸지 만 TV에 걸어 갔을 때 여전히 빛에 거미줄을 볼 수 있었으므로 다시 확인하고 방이 청소되지 않았는지 확인했습니다. 관리자만이 직원을 비난 할 수는 없습니다. 로얄은 매우 명성을 얻은 건물이며 비즈니스에 매우 수익성이 있지만 장식과 고객을 돌보지 않을 때 측면을 실망시키고 있습니다. 왜냐하면 우리는 일부 침대 방에서 불평하는 유일한 사람들이 아니기 때문입니다. 석회가오고 있습니다. 담수와 냄새, 우리가 더러운 계단과 배니스터를 통해 벽에서 벗어난 나는 더러운 것을 의미합니다. 내가 필요로하지 않는다고 생각하지 않으면이 리뷰를 쓰지 않을 것입니다. 그러나 그가이 많은 불만을 견야한다면 오래 가지 않을 것입니다. 좋은 측면에서 바와 레스토랑은 좋았습니다. 다시 직원은 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 책임이있는 Anika를 좋아했고 그녀는 손님과 그들의 요구에 시간을 보냈습니다. 휘트비에서 우리는 지역 주민과 채팅을하고 불행히도 왕실은 확실히 비즈니스에 좋지 않은 다이빙으로 알고 있습니다. 마지막으로 우리는 뻔뻔스럽게도, 당신이 밤마다 방 한 개가 아닌 사람 @£75를 얼마나 만들고 있는지에 대해 일했습니다. 그래서 이 금색의 마음이 귀에 떨어지기 전에, 청소 팀을 끌어들이고, 깊은 청소를 하고, 건축가들이 수리를 하기 위해 일을 하게됩니다.
