TALLINN TOWN HALL Tallinn Town Hall Square is in the center of the old city, almost occupied by restaurants, bars and stalls. It's summer, with blue sky and white clouds, and flowers everywhere, tourists come in endlessly. When we went there was a folk dance performance in the square. The city hall, known as TOWN HALL, is a rare Gothic building preserved in northern Europe. It was built in the early 15th century. The city hall looks vicious, old and medieval. Tourists can buy tickets and wait for more than 100 steps to get a bird's eye view of the old city.
