Qiongtai Academy is the origin of Qiongtai Teachers College. In the forty-four years of Kangxi (1705), the Qing Dynasty ordered Lei Qiongbing to prepare for Jiao Yinghan's arrival in Qiongtai. He offered his own salary of 620 silver to establish Qiongtai Academy. It was known as the highest school in Qiongya, and many talented people came out. In the fourteenth year of Jiaqing (1809), Enke Hall tried to determine that three of Zhang Yuesong's senior high school students were awarded the prize of flower detection. They were named Huangjia. They shocked Shenzhou and Qiongtai Academy was well-known in the Central Plains.
