少女峰下两个最重要的镇之一，相比于格林德瓦，这里的房子更少，所以显得更安静，尤其是两侧被高山夹在一个山谷里，像世外桃源般。

从英特拉肯去往少女峰的中间一站，早上座了最早一趟火车车发，天还黑的，到达这里时刚刚有亮光，据说是阴天的一天，从这里开始越来越爬升天也渐渐放晴

劳特布龙嫩是瑞士少女峰地区比较大的小镇，交通比较方便，有火车有缆车，可以通往少女峰、米伦、文根等景点，自驾来这里也方便，火车站附近就要一个很大的停车场。

卢本达纳，又叫劳特布伦嫩，也叫瀑布小镇。整个小镇就在少女峰山脚下，也是少女峰尺轨火车的第一站。小镇不大，经常在镇中心的广场举办晚会，我很有幸赶上一场party，男人们举着牛铃，一路横穿小镇在广场上又唱又跳。小镇的房价不便宜，而且房源紧张，如果想上山一定要提前订好。

劳特布伦嫩是个山谷中的小镇，也是个重要的中转站，从这里可以前往少女峰、雪朗峰等等地方。因为我们住宿的半山腰上的米伦是个无车镇，所以我们的车必须要停在劳特布伦嫩，这里的火车站旁边有个巨大的停车场，停车很方便。

劳特布龙嫩山谷的瀑布多达72条，劳特布龙嫩谷瀑布就是其中之一。这里距离雪朗峰的缆车只有6公里，沿途还可以去到山顶小镇米伦，也可以在这里乘坐齿轮小火车去少女峰，可以节省一段路程的费用。高300米的瀑布晚上有射灯照耀，在灯光下更加显得美轮美奂。

A beautiful valley with the cliff waterfall before going up to Schilthorn or Jungfraujoch. it's not far from Interlaken, only 20 minutes by train. Highly recommended.
