Huancuilou Park, located in the eastern foot of Xikuanggu Mountain in Weihai City, is built on a rising terrain with an area of more than 300 mu. Huancuilou was built in 1489. It is famous for its surroundings of mountains, green surroundings, and the beauty of sea, mountains and waters. Huancui Tower has been reconstructed and rebuilt twice so far. In the Ming Dynasty, Huancui Tower was rebuilt in 1931 and burned by the Japanese Army in 1944. In 1978, the Weihai Municipal People's Government planned to rebuild Huancui Tower, forming a classical building complex consisting of pavilions, buildings and corridors. The main building was three stories high, 16.8 meters. The roof of the building was covered with glazed tiles, with Xieshan-style eaves, carved hollow windows and eaves. The eaves of the building were written by Shutong, a famous calligrapher. The plaque on the back of the building "Ring Pavilion in the sky" came from the hand of Huang Miaozi, a famous calligrapher.
