Black Sand Beach is a natural beach and a famous natural beach in Macau. It is one of the eight scenic spots in Macau. The Bay has a half-moon shape, gentle slope and wide beach. Nearby, there is a lush pine forest, beside which there is a wide parking lot, bus stop and all kinds of snacks. There is a Black Sand Park near the beach entrance. Black sand is characterised by dark, slippery fine sand, hence the name of the beach. It is said that the black fine sand is caused by the black secondary mineral glauconite formed in the specific marine environment. Under the influence of ocean currents, "Greenstone" is transported to the nearshore, then carried to the beach by wind and waves, making the original white and clear white beach into a charming and mysterious black beach. There are many recreational activities around the beach. Every holiday weekend and midsummer, the tourists are very busy.
