Guandong Film and Television City is located in Chebanshan International Scenic Tourism Development Zone, Shenyang. It covers an area of 280,000 square meters with a total floor area of 38,000 square meters. There are 177 different styles of buildings in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. They are the only large-scale film and Television City in China to show the features of Guandong in the early 20th century, which integrates film and television shooting, tourism, culture and education, and entity management. By reproducing the characteristic buildings of old Shenyang Zhongjie, Taiyuan Street, North Market and South Market in the last century, this paper focuses on the "Guandong Culture" of the last century. Mr. Guan Dongda is the first work of Guan Dong Film and Television City. Later, more than a dozen films and TV works represented by the sequel of "Chuangguandong" were filmed here, such as "Veterans", "City of Warriors" and so on. The Shengjing Lantern Festival and Guandong Temple Festival held here every year are more indispensable. Shengjing Lantern Festival is the largest theme Lantern Festival in Liaoning and Shenzhen, with the largest number of visitors, the newest form and the richest performing arts. The Guandong Temple Fair shows the love paintings of Shengjing Laobei, the old games, the old tastes, the old crafts and the old tunes. It restores the memory of old Shenyang. Combined with Shengjing Lantern Festival, the old appearance of Laobei market and the unique folk customs in Northeast China, through the display of Laobei in Shenyang, a strong Spring Festival flavor is created, with authentic snack streets and sales of various folk souvenirs, which create a peaceful and happy life of Laobei people.
