The Yin office building of Yanji Road in Jilin Province was built in the late Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is said that it was the South Building of the Frontier Governor's Office in 1909. It was changed several times until it was abolished in 1929. As the office of Daoyin for sixteen years, it is commonly known as the Daoyin Tower. The building has two floors, green bricks and daiwa, double eaves and flying wings, carved beams and painted pillars. It is a state-level key cultural relics protection unit in Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province.
