In 1992, UNESCO listed Angkor as an endangered world cultural heritage site. In 1993, the Cambodian Government and UNESCO launched the Angkor Relics Rescue Initiative to encourage countries around the world to help restore Angkor. Walking around Angkor, feeling the magic of Angkor itself, can also feel the new artistic conception given by different countries in the process of restoration. The Temple of Zhou Sa is the first temple that China helped to restore. More than 20 years ago, it was a ruin, and the raw materials were stone carvings that China was not good at, so the process of restoring it was very difficult. We saw at the scene that the temple was relatively complete and could swim freely. Of course, in addition to the advantages of high efficiency, the Chinese construction team seems to have exposed the shortcomings of the general low artistic appreciation ability of the Chinese people in the past decades.
