스파 시설을 갖춘 베트남 닌빈성 호텔

전반적으로 만족하나 한국어가능한 직원이 없는데 좀 아쉽고 지금까지 3번째 투숙인데 전에는 디럭스방을 예약했고 이번에는 프리미어룸을 예약했지만 디럭스방하고 다는게 하나도 없네요 가격만 높을뿐 다른점이 하나도 없어요 도대체 차이점이뭔지 알수가없음 흔한 넷플릭스도 없고 유트브만 있어서 좀 아쉬웠어요

리뷰보면 2023년에 설립된 리조트라서 직원들 교육이 완벽하지 않다라는 걸 많이 봤는데 시간이 지나서 그런지 만족했음 물론 조금 허술한것같지만 그정도는 ㄱㅊㄱㅊ 걍 실수라고 생각하면 될듯 위치도 너무 좋았음 밤에 리조트주변 호수? 걸으면 완벽함 탐콕시내 중간에 있어서 시내 양 끝에 편하게 갈 수 있음 조식도 맛있음 양이 엄청엄청 다양한거는 아닌데 나쁘지 않음 그리고 리조트가 생각보다 작은데 아기자기하게 예쁘게 꾸밈 굳 만족함

객실은 편안했고, 서비스는 훌륭하고 친절했어요. 여러 관광지와 가까워서 교통편 이용하기에 아주 편리한 위치였습니다. 수영장에는 데이 베드가 있었고, 샤워실과 화장실도 깨끗했어요. 샴푸와 바디워시도 제공되었습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았어요. 과일 플래터와 오렌지 주스는 무료였습니다. 잉어 연못과 귀여운 고양이들, 그리고 집에서 편안하게 쉬고 있는 나이 든 강아지가 있었어요. 호텔 앞에는 좋은 메뉴를 가진 카페도 연결되어 있었습니다.

조용하고 편안한 리조트였어요. 저희가 묵었던 독채(침대 3개)는 깔끔하고 쾌적했고, 밤에 듣는 자연의 소리는 정말 환상적이었습니다. 레스토랑 음식도 전반적으로 좋았는데, 특히 퓨전 베트남 저녁 식사는 아주 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 도움이 많이 되어서 머무는 내내 즐거웠습니다. 친구들에게도 적극 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

해외 호텔은 주차도 편리하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 풍부했고, 주변에 주차 공간도 많았습니다. 개인적으로 베트남보다는 국내 관광지가 더 좋다고 생각합니다. 음식은 입맛에 잘 맞지 않았지만, 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.

객실은 매우 멋지고 깨끗하며, 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며, 머무는 동안 정말 여러분을 도와주고 싶어합니다. 조식은 맛있고 풍성했으며, 심지어 다이너 서비스를 시도할 기회도 있었고, 정말 좋았습니다 ^^ 메뉴가 다양했고 서비스가 빠르고 놀라웠습니다. 제가 말해야 할 것은 레스토랑에서 조금 멀다는 것입니다. 개인적으로는 선택 사항을 찾기 위해 걸어다니는 것은 괜찮았지만, 조금 걸어야 합니다. 그렇게 무섭지 않고, 그 지역은 매우 친절하고 미소가 가득합니다 😅

We booked this place because of the modern room and it was indeed as clean and modern as we saw on the pictures. Lily is very sweet and accomadating. She assisted us with everything. The breakfast was amazing!! You could choose multiple items and it was delicious. You can also rent motorbikes and they provide free bicycles. Would recommend to stay here if you are in the Ninh Binh area. It is a very good and central location to see al the attractions.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Lua Resort Ninh Binh. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are immaculate, very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the room, including the decor, was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us in arranging taxis to and from the resort, everything went smoothly, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The pool and the general environment of the hotel are also perfect – peaceful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The resort is only a few minutes from the city center, but its location is very quiet and calm, which makes it ideal for a relaxing vacation in Ninh Binh. There are also free bicycles available, which is a great way to explore the surrounding area. In addition, there is an on-site restaurant, so you can easily have lunch and dinner at the hotel if you prefer not to go elsewhere. The food is very good and the breakfast is excellent. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The bungalows were located at a walking distance from some attractions. The hotel manager (and her two extremely adorable kids) were very kind and hospitable even though they were clearly short-staffed leading to forgetting some of the requests. The family room was quite spacious. The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming but for the price paid, it was worth it. The hotel offers an impressive range of services from renting scooters to arranging boat tours.
