스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 버몬트 호텔

마을에서 가장 오래된 작은 호텔, 풍부한 영국 스타일, 오래된 가구, 사진, 매우 따뜻함 우리는 3 개월 전에 방을 예약했으며 호텔은 우리를 업그레이드했습니다. 매우 만족합니다. 👍 저녁 7시 30 분에 호텔 1 층 식당에서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 원래 랍스터 파스타를 먹으러 갔지만 늦을 수도 있습니다. 랍스터는 쇠고기 파스타로 바뀌지 않았습니다. 맛도 👍 요리의 양이 너무 커서 두 사람이 먹을 수 없습니다.

Everything was wonderful at The Pointe. However, the coffee that they put out in the morning is really just colored water, it is not edible, even if you are an addict. I've noticed more and more hotels are advertising coffee but then not making it correctly. I don't know if they are consciously trying to save money or if their front line employees prefer to use the previous day's grounds because it is somehow easier.

Great location, close to downtown and right across a Target and close by to Trader Joe's. Not much food around the area though. The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all. Rooms are outdated but you can tell by the photos.

위생 청소는 매우 일반적입니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 무관심합니다. 식당을 갖는 것이 더 편리하지만 전반적으로 시설이 잘 관리되지 않습니다. 체육관은 매우 습하고 배기 팬을 사용하여 제습해야합니다. 며칠 동안 사우나 실은 모두 나빴습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre chalet. Très propre et confortable. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre très longtemps avant d'avoir accès au logement car le check-in était à partir de 7:00 pm sinon il aurait fallu que je paie un extra lors de la réservation pour l'avoir plus rapidement. Les gens à la réception étaient courtois sans plus. Très déçu pour les choix de restaurants. Nous avons dû aller dans le village pour avoir un peu plus de variété.

這個酒店的房間的設施、衞生、以及環境都是很不錯的，就是這次我預訂的是湖景雙床房，實際入住酒店給的衹是雙床房，沒有湖景，和酒店溝通後説沒有湖景房了，可是我是提前預訂而且已經提前付了湖景雙床房全款的，就算當天我們晚上去的晚了一點，也是應該給我們預留房間的吧？結果酒店就是説沒有了，衹能給安排雙床房沒有湖景的，最後與預訂平台攜程溝通後也沒有解決，衹是協商給予退了房間的差價，攜程平台也象徵性的給了一些補償賠款，就算解決了。我提前預訂的湖景雙床房就被酒店給易主了，當天的湖景房價漲的比較高，感覺被酒店高價給賣給別人了，而我們因語音不通，就這樣被欺負了，當天晚上我們回到酒店已經晚上十點多了，累的不行了，還為了房間的事情多方溝通了很久，簡直是噁心的不行，攜程酒店客房幫忙溝通也是需要時間的，我們累死了，當天衹能先休息了等待後續溝通處理結果，直到第二天的中午攜程才反饋了溝通結果，酒店同意退房間差額，攜程平台也給了一些賠償，雖然退了差價和給了一些賠償，但我們心裏還是很不舒服的，必盡我們心怡了很久的湖景房沒有住到。以後應該也不會再去了。真的很遺憾。除去房間的問題，退房的時候還扣了我兩天的停車費，44美元，當時就和前台説了我們沒有開車，前台也及時更正了結算單，説不扣停車費的，可我們離開後我的信用卡上還是被扣了44美元，和攜程酒店客房溝通後説酒店扣錯了，後續會退款的，（到目前為止也沒有看到退款，繼續等待中） 酒店門口的服務小哥需要稱讚一下，我們回程的機場送機服務非常的好，本來以為需要等班車的，可小哥很熱情的親自開車把我們送到了機場，這個需要點贊👍。

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

호텔 주변이 매우 편리합니다. 가장 중심적인 상점과 레스토랑까지는 도보로 5분이 소요됩니다. 다양한 종류의 음식이 있으며 대부분은 도보입니다. 일부 오래된 건물은 아름답고 공원이 있습니다. 또한 호텔은 호수에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 보기, 호수 옆에 어린이 박물관이 있고 요트를 탈 수 있습니다. 매주 금요일 밤에는 요트에서 랍스터 뷔페가 제공됩니다. 여기에 사는 것은 가족과 개인에게 매우 좋은 선택입니다.
