스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 아이오와 호텔

We booked this hotel on-line and I was beyond pleased with our room and the hotel. I called to get a room by end of hallway due to TKR surgery and service dog to go out. They made sure we had just what I needed. The room was exceptionally clean (and I was Head Housekeeper @ HIE so I like things clean and very maintained. The condition of hotel is great and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and we had a variety of things from waffles to hot food to cereal, fruit, etc. The pool was heated, which made for relaxing swims and the hot tub was nice and hot, like a hot tub should be. Trust me, we've stayed at so many that they're barely luke warm and it's not worth it. They take pride in the upkeep, cleanliness and care of the pool area as well as the hotel itself. We wanted to stay an extra night and the owner personally booked it and gave us a wonderful deal, and he even let me grab a bowl of cereal to take my meds with. The hotel is in a wonderful location with Hy-vee, Fareway, Dollar General, Walmart, Mc.D's, and other food places close by as well as gas stations. Lastly, I'd like to add that I was very happy with the safety of the hotel. Being in a safe place knowing that I don't have to worry about my vehicle or taking my dog out at night is one of my highest priorities. So, if you find yourself needing a place around the Des Moines area, go the little extra and stay in Grimes @ the Red Lion. You won't be disappointed!

공항과 렌터카 반납 장소에서 단 1.5km 거리에 있어 매우 편리한 위치입니다. 비행기가 너무 일찍 도착해서 아침 식사는 평가할 수 없었지만, 조리 과정을 볼 수 있었고 맛있었습니다. 객실 TV에는 유튜브 채널이 있어서 계정에 로그인해서 좋아하는 영상을 시청하기에 좋습니다. 객실 밖은 좀 더웠고, 호텔에는 헛간 냄새가 났지만, 객실은 깨끗하고 향이 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 큰 매점이 있는 주유소가 있어서 반납 전에 렌터카에 주유하고 음식과 음료를 구매할 수 있습니다.

레스토랑, 바, 해안 공원 및 기타 명소와 가까운 시내의 좋은 위치. 합리적인 가격. 쉬운 예약. 아주 좋은 침대, 침구, 샤워 및 스프레이, 욕조, 화장실 및 욕실에는 용품이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. Kureg Coffee Maker & 커피와 봇 물 공급. 옥상 수준에는 대형 실내 바, 테이블 및 소파가 있습니다. 테이블과 좌석이 있는 넓은 야외 공간도 있습니다. 옥상의 실내외 공간은 내가 거기에 머물렀을 때 5월 중순 토요일 저녁에 모두 포장되었습니다.

We had an issue with our toilet leaking and they happily let us change to another room. Then we realized that night when preparing for bed that my husband forgot his sleep shorts in the old room. The next morning he saw a cleaning woman and she gladly let him back into the old room to retrieve the shorts! Always a friendly staff and enjoy meeting new people in the pool and hottub. Love the breakfast and the attached restaurant!

The bathroom fan didn’t work so lord blessed us all when someone took a poo poo. The furnace wasn’t working my spouse was cold and we cranked that thing up to 75 to warm the room up but just didn’t warm up. I guess when you spend that kind of money for a room and they pride themselves on being a high end resort they would have stuff working. Prolly go someone where else next.

직원들이 너무 친절했어요! 우리는 지불과 관련하여 호텔과 trip.com 사이에 약간의 잘못된 의사 소통이 있었지만 신속하게 해결되었고 직원들은 신속하게 우리를 위해 일을 처리했습니다! 우리는 온수 욕조와 수영장을 모두 즐겼고 둘 다 우리가 필요로했던 것입니다! ! 호텔은 시내에서 평화롭기에 충분히 멀었지만 모든 것이 접근할 수 있을 만큼 충분히 가깝습니다. 가장 눈에 띄는 것은 직원들이 얼마나 수용적인지였습니다. 절대적으로 추천합니다.

우리는 크로스 컨트리 여행에서 10개 이상의 호텔에 머물렀고 이 호텔은 우리가 머물렀던 최고의 장소였습니다. 방은 넓고 편의 시설은 훌륭했지만 무엇보다도 직원들이 도움이되었고 훌륭한 게스트 서비스를 제공했습니다.

나는 엘리베이터가 없는 핫슬에 가본 적이 없다. 우리는 유모차를 든 가족과 2명의 아이들이 계단을 내려가는 것을 도왔습니다. 그리고 연로한 친구 부모님. 계단을 오르내리기 위해 고군분투한 사람.
