스파 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 다바오 지방 호텔

사말 섬(Samal Island)은 다바오(Davao City)에서 보트로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. Discovery는 숙소까지 전용 전세 쾌속정을 보유하고 있습니다. 도착하자마자 우리는 메인 로비로 안내를 받았습니다. 메인 로비에서는 해변이 보입니다(백사장이지만 그다지 좋지는 않습니다). Haribsr 레스토랑과 Morning Catch 레스토랑도 있습니다. 그런 다음 우리는 골프 카트를 이용해 침실로 안내되었습니다. 침실에서는 다바오 시티(Davao CITY)의 전망을 감상할 수 있는 올림픽 규모의 수영장 전망을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 이 숙소에는 수상 예배당, 컨벤션 센터, 지정된 수영장이 딸린 빌라도 있습니다. 침실은 크고 전용 테라스가 있습니다. 전반적으로 리조트는 매우 좋습니다. 오픈한지 1년밖에 안됐는데 직원들이 친절하고 잘 훈련되어 있어요. 돌봐준 직원이 Sir Ching이라면 특별히 언급해 주세요. 그는 수영장을 바라보고 있는 킹 사이즈 침대가 있는 방을 찾기 위해 더 노력했습니다. 감사합니다!

We had a great experience staying in the hotel. They have an excellent service & offers a variety of choices. It has a great & clean amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

리조트가 제대로 관리되고 깨끗하게 유지된다면 아름답고 편안한 숙박이 될 수 있습니다. 불행히도 방 주변에 파리가 꽤 많아서 짜증이 났고 방의 냄새가별로 매력적이지 않았습니다. 수도꼭지의 물도 갈색으로 물들었고 짠맛이 나서 상당히 실망스러웠습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 우려에도 불구하고 우리를 편안하게 만들기 위해 최선을 다한 정중하고 친절하며 세심한 직원을 진심으로 칭찬합니다. 리조트 자체는 아름답고 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다. 가구와 비품의 장인 정신은 매우 탁월하며 품질과 세부 사항에 대한 관심을 명확하게 반영합니다. 그러나 리조트의 청결과 유지 관리가 간과 된 것 같습니다. 우리가 지불 한 가격으로 5-star 호텔보다 훨씬 높습니다. 나는 솔직히 그 경험이 비용 가치가 없다고 생각합니다. 아름다운 리조트이며 적절한 유지 관리, 청결 및 전반적인 손님 경험에 대한 관심으로 진정으로 그 가치를 충족시킬 수 있습니다.

현재 다바오 최고의 호텔이라고 할 수 있으며, 사말 섬의 리조트 외에도 다바오 시에서 최고 수준의 비즈니스 리셉션을 제공하는 국제 호텔 체인입니다. 호텔은 훌륭한 세부 사항과 고급스러운 느낌을 가지고 있으며 모든 직원은 얼굴에 미소를 띠고 친절하며 집과 같은 느낌을 줍니다.

공간은 괜찮 았고 여행은 비즈니스를위한 것입니다. 토리의 중심 근처에 있으므로 약간 접근 가능합니다. 장소는 괜찮고 깔끔했습니다.

내가 가장 좋아하는 숙박 선택 - 좋은 위치, 너무 혼잡하지 않고 SM 몰, 식당, 편의 시설과 가깝습니다. 침대와 베개는 편안합니다. 전반적으로 객실은 잘 관리되어 있으며 충분한 파워 포인트를 갖추고 있습니다. 그러나 호텔은 이러한 영역에서 개선이 필요합니다. 에어컨이 시원하지 않고, 욕실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않으며, 얼굴 수건, 냉장고, 세면도구가 없습니다. 또한, 같은 방에 1박을 더 예약했는데도 호텔 리셉션에서 출입 카드를 잠그는 것이 상당히 짜증났습니다. 그리고 다음날(마지막 날) 낮 12시가 되기 30분쯤 전에 또 출입카드가 잠겼습니다.

아주 좋은 주인과 친절합니다. 그들은 우리를 위해 최고의 방을 예약합니다.

Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.
