매우 즐거운 날이었습니다. 모든 직원은 매우 정중하고 특히 프론트 데스크, Miss bharti sharma 및 ms jaswinder에서 손님을 잘 돌봅니다. 레스토랑 직원도 매우 정중했습니다. 그들은 아침 식사 시간에 손님을 너무 잘 돌 보았습니다.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Bed had bugs, bitten and have a skin infection now. front office staff was rude, didn’t knew how to help their guests, saw a heated conversation with other guests, people throw up in the very small roaming area they had.

이 호텔은 암리차르 동부 교외의 주요 도로를 따라 위치하고 있으며 황금 사원에서 약 4km 떨어져 있으며 문 앞에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 시설: 객실은 약간 작지만 모든 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 침대 지지력이 매우 좋습니다. 인터넷 속도가 더 빠릅니다. 소파가 꽤 편해요. 옷장이 더 커요. 다리미와 헤어드라이어는 기본으로 제공됩니다. 샤워기는 물의 양이 많고 온도가 안정적입니다. 제공된 일회용품의 품질은 보통입니다. 건강 상태: 호텔 시설이 새롭고 매우 깨끗합니다. 환경 : 호텔 내부 환경은 좋지만 외부는 평균입니다. 서비스: 서비스 태도가 매우 좋고 응답이 시기적절합니다. 객실에는 생수 8병이 있습니다. 아침 식사는 품질이 좋고 선택의 폭이 넓으며 닭고기 수프가 있습니다. 아침 식사 포함 500 위안 미만, 매우 비용 효율적입니다.

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

디럭스 룸에서 5 박을 묵었습니다. 방은 잘 갖추어져 있으며 모든 것이 제대로 작동했습니다. 청소는 매일 청소됩니다. 아침 식사에는 순수한 채소로 계란 요리가 제공되지 않습니다 ... 신선한 과일, 파로타, 요구르트, 달과 쌀, 시리얼과 뮤즐리, 토스트, 차 및 주스 옵션이 있습니다. 객실 내 이탈리아 메뉴 채식 및 비채식 요리 몇 가지를 시도했고(이탈리아 옥상 레스토랑에서 먹기에는 너무 더웠음) 맛있었습니다. 채식 및 비채식 인도 메뉴 옵션도 있습니다. 모두 신선하게 요리되었습니다. 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 도보 거리에 상점/영화관/식당이 있습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다.
