스파 시설을 갖춘 인도 고아 호텔

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!

All in all it was nice. We first got to know the place by having breakfast at the café and really enjoyed the food there, so that why we decided to book two nights at the hotel. Food is really good and the pool was nice, although it was closed one out of the two days we stayed there. The room was spacious and clean enough. The minus points were the lack of AC (there is a fan on the ceiling but no proper AC) and also the way we got almost thrown out of the room. On trip.com it says the check out is supposed to be between 10:30 and 11:30, and at 09:45 somebody from the hotel already came knocking at our door! We were just packing our last items and told them we thought we still had some time, to what he answered the check out is at 10:00… he then stayed in front of the room until we were ready to leave! That did not feel good. Also the internet was very weak in our cottage in the back garden. Two problems that are easily solvable though. The hotel could make sure to change the check out time on trip. Com and get an extra router for the rooms in the back.

리바의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 해변에서 가장 조용한 곳에 있지만, 여전히 해변 오두막과 레스토랑에 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 구내에 수영장이 3개 있고 스파 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 순조로웠습니다. 리바는 친절한 직원이 있는 아름다운 리조트이고 매우 편안할 수 있는 잠재력이 있기 때문에 리바를 더 높게 평가하고 싶습니다. 그러나 음식은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 고아는 놀라운 요리 경험으로 알려져 있으며, 리바가 고아 기준에 맞는 음식을 제공할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 카페에서 수프를 주문했는데 적어도 말할 수 없을 정도로 열악했습니다. 다음날 아침 삼바르와 야채 그레이비는 물에 타서 소금을 너무 많이 넣었습니다. 다행히도 수완이 좋은 제 가족은 호텔 밖에서 놀라운 음식 옵션을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 해야 할 일이 있고 더 나은 음식 리뷰를 들을 때까지 기다려서 추천하거나 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Clean, fantastic food! Great pool. Would reccomend the free yoga sessions and the ****** has a great deal for clients staying at the hotel!

Отель понравился. В отеле есть бассейн на крыше (не плавали, но выглядит чисто). Располагается неочень близко к морю, но удобно, идти минут 10. Находится на улице, где нет шума. В отеле чисто, приятно находится. Убираются каждый день. Мент полотенца. Брали несколько раз завтрак шведский стол. Но больше индийской еды. Но в целом хороший завтрак. Официанты молодцы. Быстро убирали, подносили напитки. Отель современный. Всегда была горячая вода. Хорошая техника. Был телевизор и youtube, приятно порадовали. Из минусов только плохая звукоизоляция. Если у вас шумные соседи с детьми, очень слышно. Однозначно рекомендую отель.

Пожалуй, лучший отель в Кандолиме. Находится в глубине застройки, до пляжа топать минут 15. Но в отеле есть автомобиль, который вас туда (на пляж) отвезет. Прям рядом можно взять мопед, и вы - свободны как ветер. В целом, конечно, это оазис прохлады и спокойствия в жарком и грязном Гоа. В номерах все отлично, нет халатов. но это дело такое, не самое важное. Бассейн в целом ок, есть бар с ценами x2, но терпимо. Завтраки очень хороши: есть выбор по меню, + линия индийских блюд. Также в наличии хороший кофе, фрукты, выпечка, вафли, панкейки. Каждый найдет себе что-то свое. Тренажерочка - скромная, но найти чем себя развлечь можно: 2 дорожки, эллипс (вроде), свободные веса, пару тренажеров. Вайфай неплохой, тянет шустро. Мы жили за 5,5к/ночь - цена вообще сказочная для этого отеля. Вернусь ли еще в Астор - думаю да. Если выбирать между ним, Рэдиссоном и Хаятом (на минималках) - однозначно Астор.

В целом, очень понравилось. Не хватает буквально каких-то мелочей до 5, чисто по-индийски. Район рядом с португальским кварталом. Вечером в окрестностях отеля почему то мало освещённости, в португальском квартале с освещением все хорошо. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.
