스파 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 수마트라우타라 호텔

객실은 깨끗하지만 야간 조명 램프가 장착되어 있지 않습니다. 매트리스는 좀 푹신한데 베개는 너무 딱딱해요. 어쩌면 그래서 잠을 잘 못 자게 된 건지도 모르겠다. 방음이 그다지 좋지 않으며 객실에 다른 유형의 객실로 연결되는 내부 문이 있는 경우 다음날 TV 소리가 들릴 수 있습니다. 엘리베이터 서비스가 조금 느린 것 같습니다.

The hotel was unable to find in Waze and Google Map until we asked someone. The front desk staff aren't well verse in English and struggling to understand our English and broken bahasa Indonesia. Booked a room via trip.com and promised King bed but the hotel staff said all economy room comes with queen bed. We found booking information was misleading and felt cheated. There wasn't a toilet paper in the bathroom and I asked for twice. Promised to deliver but did not. The pillows of the room are not for normal human being and my partner has to remove more than half of the ” artificial form” of the pillows to reduce height.( I m more than 5 feet and he is more than 6 feet height).... otherwise it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with this kind of pillow.

욕실이 붙어 있거나 신발을 벗을 수 있게 되었기 때문에, 일본인에게 있어서 매우 편안한 방이었습니다. 커플에게는, 3층의 레스토랑에서, 로맨틱 디너를 5000엔 정도부터 즐길 수 있습니다. 라이브 음악도 붙어있었습니다. 하지만 주의 사항으로 하루 전에 예약이 필요합니다. (우리는 단품 요리를 5000엔 이상 주문하여 메시지 플레이트나 그 자리에 안내해 주셨습니다.) 입지와 직원의 서비스도 좋고 매우 만족했습니다!

여친이 초대해서 간 메단, 그중에서 가장 기억에 남는 곳은 바로 이 호텔입니다 쾌적한 환경과 침실에 부대시설까지 가성비 최고입니다

좋은 객실과 제 아들은 수영장을 매우 좋아합니다. 전망이 훌륭합니다. 마사지를 시도했고 기분이 좋았습니다. 프런트 데스크의 고객 서비스인 샨티는 매우 친절했고 멋진 전망이 있는 높은 층 객실을 예약해 주었습니다. 우리는 그것을 좋아합니다. 샨티에게 감사합니다. 우리는 또한 Jade Restaurant을 시도했는데, 음식은 맛있고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 다양했고 M이라는 케이크 숍도 매우 좋았습니다. 다가올 숙박을 위해 다시 올 것입니다.

카리비아 호텔은 케사완 지역(메단 구시가지) 근처에 위치해 있어 도보로 주변 명소를 둘러보기에 편리합니다. 주변에는 장인이 운영하는 카페도 많습니다. 주말에 방문하신다면 호텔에서 도보로 5~10분 거리에 있는 메르데카 워크에서 열리는 '차 없는 날' 행사에 참여해 보세요. 로비에 들어서면 호텔에 고급스러운 분위기를 더하는 은은한 향기가 반겨줍니다. 조식은 대부분 인도네시아 요리로 구성되어 있으며, 꽤 괜찮습니다. 단, 스마트 TV가 없다는 점이 단점입니다. 따라서 호텔에 묵으며 휴가를 계획하고 있다면 수영장이나 스마트 TV 등 즐길 거리가 많지 않아 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.

추천 호텔, 입구 보안부터 주차까지 서비스가 매우 만족스럽고, 보안이 동행하고 주차 위치를 안내해 주며, 리셉션 직원도 매우 친절합니다. 오래된 건물임에도 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있으며, 아침 식사로 손님이 많습니다. 가족 휴가이므로 메뉴가 다양하므로 연결된 객실을 주문하세요. 또한 호텔에서는 중국 설날에 사자춤 공연으로 호텔 투숙객을 위한 엔터테인먼트를 제공합니다.

The room was clean, but the sink was leaking and there was no soap provided. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and it was difficult to find a place to sit. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable, with the setup seeming focused primarily on accommodating large groups of Asian guests. Not a very pleasant stay.

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.
