I recently stayed at a hotel in Semarang during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. I love coming to Magelang but hardly stay there because there’re not such well maintanied & clean hotels.  Knowing Artotel just opens, i purposely make a plan to stay in Magelang & try Artotel.   The room is super clean & big, also the bed in comfy. Huge shower space in  junior suite room, water pressure is strong. Eventhou water drainage is a bit slow but not a big deal.   I don’t have a chance to try the b’fast but i heard Magelangers like to have weekend b’fast in the hotel (so i assume their b’fast must be good😁).  The parkir is limited but valet is available.   All the staff are super friendly & helpful.   I really enjoy my stay & definitely will come back.  Artotel is highly recommended!👍🏼

All good! Location is ok, mountain view room is just beautiful, breakfast also OK. If something need to be improved i just thinking about parking space.

전반적으로 좋았지만 서비스는 좀 더 개선할 점이 있었습니다. 다리미와 다리미판을 요청했는데 방으로 가져다주지 않았습니다. 와인잔을 요청했는데 두 시간 안에 두 번이나 가져다주었습니다. 오후 1시까지 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했는데 거절당했습니다.

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음 문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다. 나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

위치: 스마랑 시내에서 약간 외각에 있지만 한국 식당이 주변에 있어서 위치가 나쁘진 않음 서비스: 친절함 시설: 깨끗함. 자정까지 음악소리가 남. 루프탑 수영장 전망른 상당히 좋음 전체적으로 좋음

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
