Fab hotel, great price, great service, great location. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel entrance is lovely ans the room was nice, lovely sea view. A fridge in the room would have been a bonus. The pool and sauna and bar was also good. No hots drinks avaiable from 8.30pm, which was a surprise. The breakfast was disappointing.

All in all it was so amazing weekend The only thing needed a refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was totally fine

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

나는 항상 아이들과 함께 크리스마스 전 숙박을 예약하려고합니다. 예약 사이트에서 우드포드브리지를 만났는데 가성비가 좋은 것 같아서 왜 안 될까 생각했습니다. 아래에 나열하는 긍정적인 점과 부정적인 점이 있습니다. 어두운 화요일 저녁에 도착하면 도로가 특별히 좋지 않고 이 지역에 움푹 들어간 곳이 많습니다. 어둠 속에서도 꽤 무서운 길, 아무데도 없는 한가운데!! 체크인은 간단하고 친절한 직원이지만 ”내가 도와줄 수 있습니까”라고 말하기 전에 너무 오래 기다리게 하는 경향이 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 아파트는 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이며 따뜻했습니다. 그 크기에 엄청나게 만족합니다. 당구대와 탁구를 매우 즐겼던 내 소년들을 위한 게임룸, 쉬운 위치. 그러나 계단 주변의 조명이 좋지 않고 계단 가장자리에 있는 경고 페인트도 아 버렸기 때문에 어둠 속에서 아파트로 돌아가기 위해 매우 조심해야했습니다. 사용 된 수영 시설, 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 조용합니다. 다른 시설은 좋아 보였습니다. 어느 날 밤 현장의 술집에 갔다. 사랑스러운 작은 장소, 분위기가 완전히 없지만 주말에 라이브 음악이있을 때 더 좋을 것입니다. 그들은 확실히 무언가가 필요합니다. 와인 가격은 7.25에 대해 175ml을 강탈합니다. 오븐 주변의 봉인이 벗겨지기 때문에 리셉션에 연락해야 했고, 우리가 대서양 마을에 가기 전에 아침에 이것을 했습니다. 우리가 돌아올 때 그것은 여전히 매달려 있었기 때문에 리셉션에 다시 연락해야했습니다. 나는 아파트를 정말 좋아했지만 몇 가지 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 먼저 부엌에서 도마나 생선 조각을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 2명의 자녀가 있는 싱글 여성으로서 나는 또한 아파트를 누구나 접근할 수 있기 때문에 안전하다고 느끼지 않았습니다. 아파트 문뿐만 아니라 블록 입구에 키 카드 리더가 있어야 합니다. 전반적으로 충분히 좋은 숙박이었지만 우리는 돌아올 것이라고 생각하지 않습니다. 아마도 여름에 훨씬 더 좋고 그 지역에서 더 많은 일이 일어날 것입니다.

The Palace Hotel was a delight to stay at. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and we were surprised to have evening entertainment. We went on a budget and were delighted with the hotel. Only thing to add was the bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a new set, I understand having orgional features is nice, however, I think new would be better. Also we were told breakfast would be £9.00 each on arrival, but when we went to pay it what a whopping £27.00 for a full English (1 of each item) amd some avocado and boiled egg on toast... of course we could have the continental... but it did make us cough a bit!! The service was great though. Overall great stay would recommend and return.

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。
