스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 버크셔 호텔

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

아침 식사는 매일 동일합니다. 빨리 먹습니다. 침대에 먼지가 있습니다. 영국 🇬🇧 친구가 호텔에 데려 갔을 때 호텔 건강 문제를 확인했습니다. 침대에 머리카락이 있고 먼지가 있습니다. 처음으로 불만을 제기하고 싶었지만 친구가 잊어 버렸다고 말했습니다. 다음날 셋째 날도 여전히 Trip.com 고객 서비스가 반영된 후 호텔 직원이 수건을 가져 와서 나에게 줄 수 없습니다. 😰

위치가 매우 좋고 맛있고 맛있고 재미 있고 쇼핑을 할 수 있습니다. 올 때마다 여기에 살고 있습니다. 아이들은 매우 만족합니다. 서비스는 평균이지만 하루나 이틀은 괜찮습니다. 주변 지역에 비해 가격이 좋지 않습니다. 영국은 이렇습니다.

무료 주차장. 소매 공원은 호텔 바로 너머에 있습니다. 예약 된 방에는 퀸 사이즈 침대가 1 개 밖에 없다는 것을 관찰했을 때 리셉션 직원이 우리 방을 패밀리 룸으로 업그레이드했기 때문에 좋습니다.

ABC 호텔은 청결 기준을 유지했지만 객실 크기는 예상보다 작았습니다. 아름다운 장식은 한계를 보상했습니다. 위치는 주요 명소에서 조금 떨어져 있었지만 찾기가 어렵지 않았습니다. 청결과 미학을 중요하게 생각하는 사람들에게 적합하지만 더 넓은 숙박 시설과 중앙 위치에 대한 대안을 고려하십시오.

아이들을 인터뷰를 위해 근처 학교에 데려가기 위해 1박을 했기 때문에 호텔에 대한 수요가 많지 않습니다. 방의 시설은 일반적이고 침대는 함께 놓여 있으며 매우 편안하지 않으며 건강은 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 너무 가난하고 전반적인 느낌은 휴가에 받아 들일 수 없습니다! 프론트 데스크의 장식은 괜찮고 따뜻하고 우아합니다!

This Spa hotel was amazingly wonderful. Location: 20mins walk from Taplow station, driving will be much more convenient but walking also works, it’s quiet and peaceful along the way. Building: was super beautiful with a huge yard, love the decorations. Facilities: went for Spa but also surprised by the brand new elegant sauna room, so superior!! Super clean. Service: very friendly, went there on Tuesday night and it was very quiet, all staff were friendly. Had an amazing night there with friend, will definitely come back!!

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
