이 궁전 타워는 뒤셀도프의 유명한 랜드 마크 인 뒤셀도프의 구시 가지 중심에 있습니다. 대부분의 관광객들이 카드를 펀치하는 곳입니다. 물론이 타워의 오래된 기능은 전망대 일 수 있습니다. 5 층 높이가 있습니다.
