It amazes me that more people don't visit this monument. It is a little out of the way but before the sackings of the 5th Century, it housed the ashes of most of the Julio-Claudian dynasty.
Now it's a ruin. It can't go in for a close visit. It can only be seen from a distance. Can feel the brilliance of that year. It's also good to follow some group guides to listen to stories in the back.

Introduction to Augustus Mausoleo di Augusto is a large tomb of the ancient Roman emperor. It was built in 28 B.C. Although time and neglect have destroyed the ruins, the ruins are still the impressive leading building on the north side of Zhanshen Square.

The Museum of Peace Altar, located in the northern corner of Augustus Plaza in downtown Rome, is the mausoleum of ancient Roman kings. The museum is built on the mausoleum. The museum building is circular, and the remains of the mausoleum can be seen from a close distance. There is a statue of the goddess of peace in the center of the museum.

This is the mausoleum of Augustus, the founder of the Roman Empire. Although it is now a ruined and broken wall, it can basically restore the outline of the past through imagination. If you are interested in history, you can look at it and be shocked.
