호텔에는 냉장고와 물이 없었습니다. 냉장고를 요청했지만 아직 하나를 얻지 못했습니다. 5 일 동안 거기에 머물고있었습니다. 물, 주스 및 요구르트를 넣어야했습니다. 결국 나빴습니다.

매우 평균적인 서비스를 받았습니다. 룸서비스는 오후 11시에 문을 닫습니다!!! 왜 그런 다음 제공합니까? 최소한 오전 2시는 오후 11시경에 문을 닫는 일반 레스토랑을 놓치면 기회를 제공합니다. X2 적당한 크기의 안경과 약간의 얼음에 대한 간단한 요청이 11:30pm에 따르거나 할 수 없다는 것이 슬프다. ... 대신 나는 1 잔을 받았고 얼음에 대한 언급은 전혀 없었다. ... 즐거운 시간을 보내는 작은 것들입니다.

非常棒的酒店，像個公寓式酒店，就在德班海邊，吃早飯的時候吹着海風非常舒適。早餐種類豐富。缺點是房間裏空調聲音比較大，睡覺的時候我不得已關了空調，另外做好會間歇性停電的心理準備。

나는 최근에 Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch에 머물렀고 대부분 긍정적인 경험을 했습니다. 위치는 환상적이며 모든 것에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 Umhlanga의 중심부에 있습니다. 방은 사랑스럽고 매우 편안하여 편안한 숙박을 제공했습니다.
아침 뷔페는 훌륭하고 맛있고 다양한 옵션이있어 하루를 시작하는 좋은 방법이었습니다. 그러나 식당은 너무 더웠다. 모두가 팬을 잡으려고 하는 것 같았고, 솔직히 AC를 켜거나 공간을 식히기 위한 더 나은 해결책을 찾아야 한다고 생각합니다.
수영장은 훌륭하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 난방이 되지만 솔직히 여름에 뜨거운 수영장에서 수영하는 것이 조금 이상하게 느껴졌습니다. 나는 온수 수영장이 겨울처럼 시원한 달에 훨씬 더 즐겁다고 생각합니다. 또 다른 단점은 수영장을 너무 일찍 닫는다는 것입니다.... 특히 저녁을 즐기고 싶은 Umhlanga와 같은 곳에서 오후 7시는 꽤 불합리합니다.
전반적으로 훌륭한 편의 시설을 갖춘 훌륭한 호텔이지만 레스토랑 온도와 이른 수영장 폐쇄에는 확실히 약간의주의가 필요합니다.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

정말 우아한 호텔이에요. 넓고 아름다운 객실에 직원들은 세심하고 친절해요. 호텔 주변에는 선택할 만한 레스토랑이 많고, 바다도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요.

나는 나의 체재를 정말로 즐겼다. trip.com의 확인 이메일이 스메트로 가지 않도록 호텔이 시스템을 업데이트하기를 바랍니다. 나는 줄을 잡고 계속 전화를 걸어야 할 때 정말 짜증이났다. 그들은 내 예약을 찾을 수 없었고 스 메일에서 찾았습니다.

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well.
I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall.
The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though.
Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late.
We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets.
Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP.
I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon.
One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients
I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments.
The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable.
Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable!
The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable.
My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

리리뷰어The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

리리뷰어먼저 긍정적인 점: 위치가 매우 아름답고 객실이 넓고 편안하며 깨끗하며 직원들이 친절합니다. 맛있는 식당에서 저녁을 주문할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 안전합니다.
단점: 이 BnB는 결혼식 장소(절묘함) 역할을 합니다. 그러나 BnB는 결혼식이 진행 중인 경우 개인이 방을 예약할 수 있도록 허용해서는 안 됩니다. 나는이 BnB를 공항과 가깝게 선택했지만 결혼식 파티가 이른 시간까지 진행되고 방이 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.
공항 셔틀이 있다고 광고했기 때문에 특히이 BnB를 예약했습니다. 그러나, 나는 실제로 BnB 자체가 이것을하지 않는다는 것을 배우는 것에 실망했다 - 그들은 공항까지 20 분 동안 우스운 R600을 청구하는 셔틀 서비스를 호출한다!

리리뷰어This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!

리리뷰어We arrived late and had some trouble getting in the gate but as soon as I emailed and my husband honked the gates opened. We were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. Was a beautiful home and we were in a double room for me my husband my step daughter her fiancé and one year old daughter so a bit squishy but slept the night very well in comfy beds. We had to leave early and they let me use their kitchen to make smoothies for my husband and I. My step daughter and her little family stayed for the breakfast which they enjoyed, very sweet little dining room, lovely communal areas to gather in. We found ourselves the only ones using these. Would be very happy to return if ever passing through the bay again.
