수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 펜실베이니아 호텔

Hotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didn’t like that it didn’t tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the child’s age. That’s a little frustrating because it’s kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasn’t too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I don’t think she may be mean or a mean person but she’s definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldn’t provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room that’s available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesn’t smile and have a look on her that says I don’t want to be here or deal with this. I didn’t like that the description doesn’t match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldn’t have booked here had I know they didn’t have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that it’s next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room that’s available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though. We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either. Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”. The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

The cost performance is quite good. For a budget hotel, safety is enough. We can't ask for too much.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn with our family for four nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Tay was especially helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the reception staff was also courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Also, the cleaning staff were very attentive. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the large parking lot, which made parking easy and convenient. We understood that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and it did not take away from our overall positive experience. The only areas that could use some improvement were around the pool and guest laundry. The restroom near the pool needs more attention to cleanliness, and the guest laundry washer had quite a bit of mold inside. Additionally, the coin slot on the washer was not working properly and I lost some coins inside the slot. :( Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent staff and overall hospitality.

Matt는 우리가 체크인했을 때 매우 친절했고 침실 TV를 알아낼 수 없었기 때문에 그는 또한 방으로 왔습니다. Presque Isle 주립 공원까지는 차로 약 3-4 분이 소요됩니다. 대체로 나는 다시 여기에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

For the price it was ok. Valet was easy and super quick. The hallway to our room was dated & smelled either musty or like cigarettes. Even my kids noticed it. Room was clean, in need of updating. Floors were new, but that's it. The room was super loud. We stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony and we heard motorcyles or those loud bikes they race around now ALL NIGHT LONG and we had a sound machine on! I would suggest maybe an inside room, not one towards the street. But again, for the price & how quick we were there it was ok. Next time, I would spend alittle more for a nicer hotel/room.
