날씨가 갑자기 나빠져, 밤 급거 예약해 멈추게 된 호텔입니다.모텔보다 10달러 정도 높습니다만, 그만큼 방도 넓고 청결했습니다. 등은 외침이 들리지 않아 잘 잠들었습니다. 아침 식사 첨부입니다만, 아침 밥은 매우 기본적인 스크램블 에그, 팬케이크, 감자, 과일 등이 있었습니다 특별히 맛있는 것은 아니지만, 무료였기 때문에 만족입니다.

I have stayed at the hotel for 6 days , during my stay only the bathroom cleaned every day but the room not cleaned at all. The trash not taken and bed sheets were not changed. I was disappointed with that. The cleaning was the only one that was disappointing me.

The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

방의 방음 효과가 매우 열악하고 주변 시설이 부족합니다.
매우 모순적인 단지, 외부는 매우 조용하지만 호텔은 매우 시끄럽습니다.
유일한 좋은 점은 아침 식사 유리입니다. 조용히 모퉁이에서 아침 식사를 즐기며 다람쥐와 새를 볼 수 있습니다.
그의 수영장은 매우 좋으며 외부도 볼 수 있습니다.

호텔은 그 지역의 공항 호텔로 괜찮았습니다. 셔틀버스만 괜찮지 않았어요. 오후에는 운전기사가 없었고 아침에는 오전 5시 30분 이전에 셔틀 서비스가 운행되지 않았습니다. 자비로 UBER를 두 번이나 이용해야 했습니다.

우리는 클리블랜드 시내의 Drury Plaza에서의 숙박을 좋아했습니다! 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 이 지역과 가격대의 대부분의 호텔에는 수영장이나 스파가 없었기 때문에 수영 지역은 보너스처럼 느껴졌습니다! 깨끗하고 매우 즐거웠습니다. 그들이 제공하는 시작은 훌륭했습니다! 호텔 가격에 포함된 전체 저녁 식사였습니다! 성인 1인당 성인 음료 3개 추가! 그들은 고전적인 음료였으며 크랜베리 보드카와 위스키와 콜라를 생각합니다. 조식도 맛있었어요! 일반 호텔 유럽식 아침 식사보다 더 많은 것을 제공했습니다. 식사 공간은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 유지되었습니다. 우리는 콘서트를 위해 House of Blues까지 5 분을 걸었습니다. 도보는 다운타운 지역으로 향하는 꽤 스트레이트였습니다! 호텔 자체는 꽤 깨끗했습니다. 약간 구식이지만(USB 콘센트 없음, 배관이 분명히 오래되었고 배수 속도가 약간 느리고 작은 TV, 오래된 카펫) 모든 대리석과 조명으로 옛날 독특한 매력을 실제로 빼앗지 않았습니다. 침대와 베개는 매우 편안했습니다! 내 아들은 아늑한 담요를 가져왔으면 좋겠다고 언급했습니다. BC는 꽤 얇습니다. 우리가 그 지역에 있다면 우리는 확실히이 호텔에 다시 머물 것입니다! 우리는 또한 여행 할 때 다른 Drury 위치에 머무르는 것을 조사 할 것입니다!

리리뷰어Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you can survive in a room that is not at all soundproof! I booked a queen suite with separate sitting room for my daughter and I. We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay for a 3 day weekend and the reviews for this place were excellent.
First let me list the nice things about the property:
1. It is a full blown conference center with a huge, well maintained and manicured landscape.
2. The outdoor spaces are lovely, including the outdoor pool area.
3. The location is very close to Columbus and to the uber wealthy city of Powell.
4. A gorgeous county park with loads of picnic areas and walking trails is located directly across the street from the conference center.
Now for the negatives:
1. No soundproofing!!! We could hear every word of conversations that took place in the room next door. But the most disturbing thing is that we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the room overhead. My daughter contacted the front desk in the early evening of our first night’s stay asking them to call the guests above us with a “gentle reminder” to avoid heavy walking. She was told that the request could not be made until after the 10 pm quiet time. We had a brown noise machine running at top volume for the entire night, but even that didn’t block the heavy footfalls from above. The constant sound of people walking (it sounded like elephants) continued the next morning which forced us out of our room. (We payed extra for a suite with a separate sitting area so that we could relax outside of the bedroom, but couldn’t take advantage of it because of the noise). My daughter ended up sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house the second night because she was so sleep deprived. However, I returned to the hotel which was a huge mistake! When I turned out the lights at 11 pm, things were quiet, but at 11:30 pm the stomping family returned. The noise of the footfalls and then squeaking floors woke me up at 11:30 pm, 3:30 am and 5:45 am. I finally got out of bed at 6 am, walked to the lobby in my pajamas, and told the staff that I couldn’t stay in this place another night. I must have looked a fright, because the agent immediately canceled the final night of our reservation with no questions asked. Just to be clear, I don’t think that the family above us was intentionally loud. I think that they had absolutely no idea that their movements were creating such a disturbance.
2. Despite the fact that the lovely county park is directly across the street, it’s incredibly difficult to access the park entrance as a pedestrian. There is a single pedestrian crosswalk at the southwest corner of the conference center, but there are no sidewalks that connect to the crosswalk. Walkers are forced to either walk along a very busy road with no shoulder, or walk on the grass for about 1/2 mile to get from the hotel parking lot to the crosswalk. I find it incredibly surprising that Nationwide didn’t consider putting in sidewalks to make access to the park more accessible and safe for pedestrians.
3. Be forewarned that the conference center includes facilities that cater to weddings, so if you stay here on a weekend, be prepared for lots of outdoor evening activities.
No one should have to pay $200/night to stay in a room that isn’t conducive to sleep!!!

리리뷰어나는이 호텔에 수없이 머물렀고 매번 내 기대를 날려 버립니다. 삼나무 지점까지의 훌륭한 거리, 매우 조용하며 옆에 훌륭한 가격의 도넛 가게가 있습니다. 내가 삼나무 포인트를 위해 오하이오에 머무를 때 이것은 내가 머무르는 곳입니다! 훌륭한 서비스와 모든 것!

리리뷰어Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful!
The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment...
And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

나는 일요일 3 월 1 일 오후 12시 30 분경 호텔에 도착했고, 얼리 체크인이 가능한지 정중하게 물었다. 리셉션에서 일하는 두 명의 여성은 오후 4 시까 지 사용할 수없는 방이 없다고 말했습니다. 나는 그것이 괜찮다고 말했고 로비에서 기다릴 것이다.
그러나 내가 기다리는 동안 다른 여러 손님이 도착했고 즉시 체크인했습니다. 방이 있다는 것이 매우 분명하여 상황이 불공평하다고 느꼈습니다.
나중에 체크인하는 같은 손님과 다시 책상에 다가가 오늘 예약을 했다고 합니다. 접수원은 아무 일도 일어나지 않은 것처럼 행동했고 분명히 짜증을 내는 것처럼 보였습니다.
체크인하는 동안 그녀는 내 예약이 이미 온라인으로 전액 지불되었지만 예약에 대해 다시 카드를 청구하려고했습니다. 금액을 보고 무엇을 위한지 물었을 때 그녀는 명확하게 설명할 수 없었습니다. 나는 그녀에게 예약이 이미 지불되었다고 다시 말해야했습니다.
두 접수원 모두 시스템을 확인하기 시작했고 다른 손님 앞에서 짜증나고 긴장해 보였습니다. 결국 그들은 내가 완전히 이해하고 동의하는 하루에 $50의 보증금이 있다고 설명했습니다.
그러나 그들은 다시 잘못된 금액을 청구하려고 시도했고 마침내 적절한 보증금 금액으로 요금을 수정하기 전에 다시 한 번 질문을해야했습니다.
전반적으로 상황은 매우 불편하고 비전문적이었습니다. 먼저 다른 손님이 체크인하는 동안 오후 4시까지 기다리라는 말을 들었고, 처음부터 명확해야 하는 요금에 대한 혼란을 처리해야 했습니다.
호텔 시설은 좋지만 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 실망스럽고 개선이 필요합니다.

1 야간 근무 관리자가 교체 샤워 커튼을 다시 설치하지 못한 ”모하메드”는 오후 11시경에 설치하기 위해 개인적으로 우리 방에 왔습니다.
2 우리는 외부 문 손잡이에 ”방해하지 마십시오”라는 표시를 넣었습니다. 우리가 표지판을 제거하고 11AM에서 방을 떠난 후 나중에 가정부가 돌아올 것을 의도했습니다. 그러나 하우스 키핑은 이루어지지 않았습니다. 우리가 얻은 설명은 ”가정부가 ”방해하지 마십시오”라는 표시를 볼 때마다 하우스 키핑이 필요하지 않다고 가정했습니다. 내가 머물렀던 대부분의 호텔은 간판이 제거 된 후 하우스 키핑이 자동으로 이루어지거나 최소한 /message이 객실 전화에 남을 것입니다. 우리가 머물렀던 4 박 중 2 박, 하우스 키핑 작업에는 침대 만 포함되었습니다. 진공 청소기로 청소할 수 없으며 쓰레기를 비울 수 없으며 사용한 컵을 교체하지 않으며 싱크대와 카운터를 청소하지 않습니다.
제안: 양쪽에 ”방해하지 마십시오”가 있는 현재 표지판을 한쪽에 ”방해하지 마십시오”, 다른 한쪽에 ”청소해주십시오”로 교체하십시오. 이것은 가정부가 정상적인 서비스를 수행하도록 명확하게 할 것입니다.
우리는 목요일 저녁에 체크인했습니다. 금요일 아침에 우리는 무거운 창 커튼의 왼쪽이 붙어 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 우리는 그것을 프론트 데스크에보고했고 그것을 처리하겠다고 약속했습니다. 아무것도 하지 않았습니다. 우리는 부분적인 일광만 가질 수 있었고 머무는 동안 외부 장면의 절반만 보았습니다.

리리뷰어The check-in was a disaster from the start. We arrived 45 mins after check-in time and our room wasn't ready. While the clerk was friendly it's unacceptable that our room wasn't ready AFTER check-in time. She was apologetic and seemed distressed about the situation but still doesn't help with the fact that our room wasn't ready. The clerk asked if we minded moving to another floor instead of the one assigned. Ok, stuff happens. BUT when we get to the room that she moved our stay to it smelled worse than any room I've ever been in. Smelled like pure sulfur and the carpets were questionable at best. The beds looked like they had just been remade. Went to desk to try and get another room. Stood there for almost 30 minutes and no clerk. Go back to the room and waited. Went back to desk and just as we are getting to the desk no one is at desk again as the clerk is disappearing around the corner. Stood and waited another 15-20 and no.clerk. We finally gave up and brought our own blankets in from the car and slept on top of the provided sheets and blankets. Pretty disappointing out of a Hampton to say the least. Never in my life have I had this experience with a Hampton and to be frank I probably won't return. I paid a substantial amount for this room and the experience has soured me on returning.
