수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 뉴저지 호텔

호텔 서비스가 매우 안좋습니다. 그 당시 체크인하는 사람이 저뿐이었을 때 체크인하는 데 시간이 너무 오래 걸립니다. 체크인 시간은 새벽 1시였습니다. 방을 줬는데 이미 방 안에 누군가가 있습니다. 그래서 그들은 사과했고 스위트룸으로 무료 업그레이드를 해주었습니다. 드디어 거의 새벽 3시에 방을 구할 수 있게 되었습니다. 정말 형편없었어요.

It was a perfect stay for families and dogs. Safe environment, free parking and breakfast was great.

더 좋은 타워에 묵었어요. 괜찮고 깨끗했어요. 메인 수영장은 유료였어요. 놀랐어요. 다른 수영장은 전혀 쾌적하지 않았어요. 그래서 이용하지 않았어요. 주차는 무료가 아니었고, 생각보다 더 많은 요금을 받았어요. 그래도 괜찮았어요. 그런데 보드워크 밖은 이상했어요. 바로 옆 골든 너겟은 무료였거든요. 호텔에서 시간을 보내지 않았어요. 대신 해변에 가서 보드워크를 이용했어요. 원래는 가족들이 수영장에서 즐거운 시간을 보낼 때 놀 계획이었기 때문에 더 쉬웠어요.

이것은 내부와 외부가 정말 거대한 호텔입니다. 지도를 읽는 방법을 모른다면 이 방법은 적합하지 않습니다. 6개 층이 있으며 모두 같은 장소로 연결되지 않는 다양한 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 차를 찾거나 밖으로 나가는 데에도 약 20분이 소요됩니다. 많이 걸을 준비를 하세요. 또한 항상 매우 포장되어 있으며 예상대로 가격이 평소보다 높습니다. 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 산책로와 할 일이 많습니다. 하지만 추가 시간을 많이 추가해야 합니다. 또한 모든 직원이 지시를 내릴 수 있는 것은 아니기 때문에 어렵습니다. 친해지려면 며칠이 걸립니다.

객실 디자인은 꽤 편안하고 침대도 크고 전반적으로 위생 상태도 좋습니다. 에어컨은 구식이라 소음이 좀 있습니다. 호텔에서 조식과 석식을 제공합니다. 선택의 폭은 넓지 않지만 맛은 괜찮습니다. 전반적으로 매우 편안하며 출장에 좋은 선택입니다.

The screen door to the balcony was broken and the screen ripped apart from its door frame. It would not close all the way or lock. The second issue is the refrigerator was broken and froze everything I put in it. I lost the food I put in it due to it being frozen solid. the back of the refrigerator was completely caked with ice and when I told front desk and asked if the Bistro was still open a few minutes before it was scheduled to close, I got a ”sorry” and the cook was cleaning up and would not make something to replace the lunch I had lost. There was no microwave in the room which would have helped me in this instance, and would help other visitors in the future. The last issue is the bathtub/shower and the most important one. The floor of the tub was not protected with any kind of slip-resistant materials and was as slippery as ice. I did slip when I took a shower but luckily I was able to catch my fall. At 74 years of age, that could have been devastating for me and, in the long run, for the hotel as well. I notified the front desk about this and asked if they had any kind of rubber mat or something I could use to avoid possibly falling and, again, the answer was the same as it was for the refrigerator; i.e. ”I'm sorry.” I was then given two cloth bath mats to put in the shower.

Place was very clean and room was very nice.  Biggest problem I had was once you check in they ask if you intend on parking your car.  What?  Of course I’m going to park my car, I just drove 3 hours to get here.  “Well that’s 20.00 a night if you want to park here.  All my years of going to Wildwood I have never heard that before.  So if you stay at this hotel you can add 20 bucks immediately.  Only stayed 2 nights but quite annoying.

From the moment we arrived, Asbury Ocean Club Hotel exceeded every lofty expectation we had set. George and Neil welcomed us with genuine warmth, handling our bags effortlessly and walking us through the property with the kind of thoughtful orientation that makes a guest feel instantly at home. That same care echoed across every corner of the hotel. Our Dune Suite was beautifully appointed, blending modern design with quiet comfort, the perfect retreat after long days by the shore. The pool deck offered sweeping ocean views, the workout facilities were pristine and well equipped, and the drawing room felt like a serene escape, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind with a book. Dining was a true highlight. The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Our first time here and we loved it. Dont need to leave the resort with all the restaurants, shops & bars lol. We loved the stay and definitely will be back 😊

Very nice, very clean updated room. We were in room 301- so no view or balcony- but you could step outside and walk around and look at the water (which is across the street)-BUT people do walk by the front of your room, in front of the sliding glass doors, so if you don't want that, book room with a view- they have balconies and you cannot walk in front of them.Check in was a breeze and Diane was very efficient and informative. We only stayed 1 night, but chose not to go to the pool because we came on a Sunday, thinking it would be quiet and chill. The bar is right next to the heated pool and there was a band, so it was not quiet- nothing wrong with it- just not what we were looking for. Beach was gorgeous. They have a jitney that takes you to town and towels available that you can also take to the beach. Keurig, microwave and mini-fridge in each room as well as a safe and robes. Well-lit at night and felt safe walking to my room solo. AC worked wonderfully - I should have brought an extra blanket. Water pressure was a little weak but doable. Only negatives- beds were pretty soft and the pillows were terrible- bring your own.
