위치도 훌륭하고, 특히 아침 식사가 푸짐하고, 커피와 온수도 언제든 이용 가능하며, 객실도 매우 편안합니다. 강력 추천합니다! 바로 옆 공원의 경치가 정말 멋져요! 너무 아름다워서 3일 동안의 숙박이 완벽했습니다!

Отличный отель. Персонал так себе) Просила тихий номер- дали номер с окнами на детскую площадку! ))) А так отель любим!!! Был день рождения- не поздравили…Вообще впечатление такое что отель за эти несколько лет не развивается, а деградирует… жаль! Мы его искренне любили… приедем ли еще?! Не знаю… скорее нет, чем да.

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

평소처럼 모든 게 좋았어요. AC 메리어트 수영장이 문을 닫는 순간 호텔 예약이 꽉 차서 리셉션 데스크에서 알게 됐는데... 그래도 모든 게 괜찮았어요. 그리고 스팀 사우나는 너무 뜨거워서 이보다 더 좋은 곳은 처음이었어요... 사우나 안의 비섬유 구역에 적응하는 걸 사람들이 좀 꺼리는 것 같은데, 그건 호텔 탓이 아니에요.

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town. Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip. Usually we do not have space for this kind of cosmetics so it is helpful when you get it in the hotel.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

최고 수준의 호텔입니다. 5성급 호텔이라는 느낌을 받으실 수 있습니다. 서비스가 매우 훌륭하고 모든 것이 추가적으로 제공됩니다. 조식은 정말 맛있고 다양합니다. 누구나 자기에게 맞는 것을 찾을 수 있을 것입니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 호텔은 바벨 성 바로 옆에 있어서 모든 것이 가깝습니다. 추천합니다.

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 고급스럽고 객실도 넓고 전망도 훌륭했어요. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 어떤 문제에 대해서도 항상 웃는 얼굴로 응대해 주셨습니다. 조식도 아주 맛있었어요. 주변에 주차 공간도 넉넉합니다. 호텔 투숙객은 하루 60즐로티에 주차할 수 있어요. 정말 떠나기 싫을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.
